I have just sold a property with Holden Copley, It was the Arnold office that dealt with the selling and i genuinely could not have been happier with the service they provided. The guy (apologies for forgetting his name) who came out and valued my property was extremely clear, very genuine, honest, explained absolutely everything too me, I didn't feel any pressure to commit to holden copley at all, To the different girls in the office who i dealt with who were absolutely SPOT ON. Every single one of them went out of there way to help me complete the sale, helped with absolutely everything along with the sale, explained everything to me clearly, answered emails quickly, phone calls instantly, and there was ALWAYS somewhere willing to help and go out of there way! Lottie and the rest of the team in the Arnold office have provided a amazing service in both the sale of my house and with purchasing our new one. Excellent communication right from the outset, keeping me up to date with every stage of the process and prompt responses to my numerous emails! Such lovely photos taken of the house and the 3d tour is amazing - it definitely helped us have a really good virtual viewing of the house we're going to buy before actually going to visit. The added bonus is that we can keep taking a look at the new house without having to go in person! Our house was on the market for less than a week before it had sold and Holden Copley handled all of the visits for us which we really appreciated. Excellent service. After moving from another estate agent who we had been with for 4 weeks with no offers made, HoldenCopley sold our house within 2 weeks of them taking our property on. I want to say a special thank you to the young lady photographer, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, as she has been brilliant. The photographs she did were of a lot better standard to the previous agent's and she also did our open day and was extremely professional and brilliant with the potential buyers. Generally the communication with the agent has been great with regular updates and they were also quick to get the file sale board up outside the house (another thing the previous agent took a long time to get done). Holden Copley Hucknall have been great from start to finish! They were quick and efficient, and came at a time that suited us to get our property onto the market. The pictures were brilliant, and I can always tell straight away from looking at Rightmive etc which are on with Holden Copley because the pictures are just a lot better! They were very helpful with viewings of the property and did the viewings when we couldn't. And when we had offers etc had our best interests at heart and were able to get us the best price. We were sold within 3.5 weeks of the property first going onto the market! Also the property we have brought was also with Holden Copley and they were so helpful when it came to bidding etc. And managed to help us get our dream home! I dealt with Ellie who has the most wonderful telephone manner, very friendly and helpful, perfect for the sales team, almost felt as though I was talking to a friend! Delay has been due my vendor, purchaser and myself agreeing to wait until after Christmas. Holden Copley have been with me all the way. Communication first class. I recently used Holden Copley for the letting out of a couple of properties. Having received such an impressive service, I felt nothing but compelled to leave this review, which is greatly deserved. Luke and Layla have simply been fabulous - they have a high level of integrity and they are extremely pleasant to deal with. They also seem to have a knack for finding simple solutions to something a landlord might get worked up or worried about. I found them to be very patient and accommodating with great problem solving ideas. Maybe most importantly, and I can’t stress this enough, from my perspective it seemed like they were fair to both sides when matching a tenant with a property. I was happy with their tenant due diligence and I feel that as a landlord they would have represented me in a positive light to any prospective and my new tenants. The happier the tenants, the better chance there is of a happier landlord. As well as Luke and Layla, I must also mention Ryan, Alexandra, Ellisia, and Verity - as well as the entire team.
