I have been really pleased with the service from Holden Copley. The process was fairly swift to get to market. The regular contact and feedback from the staff was very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Brought my house from HC 3 years ago and they were brilliant then so when it was time to sell and move on I felt I had to go with them and I was not let down. Photos were fantastic, the 3D tour was excellent and the staff are always very kind. They sold my house in 5 days! Excellent service, can not fault them. Thank you

I am a landlord and have recently rented a house out in West Bridgford through Holden Copley having previously been with a different agent. Quite simply these guys deliver on all levels and provide the service as it should be. Totally customer centric, a joy to work with. This agent should be the only one you consider using.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Holden and Copley. They have been incredibly attentive, not been pushy and their communication throughout has been exceptional. Due to their marketing of our property we were able to sell for a price we were very pleased with and in a short time period. Holden and Copley come highly recommended.

My experience of dealing with estate agents in general as a buyer is that they really don’t care.. there’s enough potential buyers that they don’t have to bother returning emails or calls. Holden Copley are the exception. Always on the ball and actively searching for suitable properties for me. We finally found one and bought it. Communication has been top notch. Cannot fault. Samantha, Zoe and Liberty have been awesome. When I come to next sell a property I want these guys to do it.

Holden Copley valued the house at about 22% higher than the previous agents (a significant figure), so we went with them. We had multiple viewings and an asking price offer within days. All of the staff at Holden Copely have been nithing but friendly and professional throughout the entire process of my selling and buying. The marketing alone is above standard of other agents and really makes a property standout. I also found it much easier to look at properties they were respesenting especially with the 3D floor plans. Due to this i have also purchased my next property with them also. My property had loads of viewings and 3 offers in total. They were on hand to negotiate whilst also being fair and transparent.
