GoogleHoldenCopley responded quickly and came to value our bunglow. They sent a professional photographer to take the photos. We had a couple of offers within the first two weeks. They have kept us updated at every step. Everyone I have spoken to at their Hucknall branch has been professional, courteous and helpful. GoogleHolden Copley, especially the Hucknall branch, were recommended to us by a previous customer, and we were so glad they did. From the initial visit from Chris (Banting), through the ongoing negotiating with Nicola (Cook) and the sales progression with Georgia (Argyle) they have shown themselves to be professional, honest and customer focused. From initial visit to sale agreed was just over 4 weeks! The service from friendly clear quote, excellent photos and brochure (with the 360 tour), EPC cert, viewings booking (and management) to sales agreed was nice and easy. The adverts on their site and other sales sites stood out. We also took one of the preferred solicitors and that was another easy process with solicitors who were customer focused (Quality Solicitors - Yates and Co - highly recommended) Another satisfied customer who would be happy to recommend, glad to find an estate agent changing the stereotype and setting the expectations.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the very first time I met the agent onsite, I had a good feeling. The customer service so far has been top draw. Sadie my contact point has been great. Every viewing appointments were emailed and text to me, so I knew what was happening on a day-to-day basis. Feedback from the viewings was given to me by Sadie at the end of each week. I am pleased to have accepted one of the two offers put forward within 3 weeks of my house going on sale. GoogleHolden Copley really recommended themselves as the best estate agent to choose because when we were looking through RightMove, etc, you could tell the difference with the quality of the property photos and how well-presented the marketing materials are, compared to other estate agents. They were very efficient from the initial free quote on a no sale no fee (which we accepted), through to taking the (excellent) photos and 360 degree virtual tour of the house, and taking bookings for viewings. Holden Copley were great in taking into account that we were both working from home and needed to book viewings at specific times to accommodate this. They coached us through the offers we received, and we received a fantastic offer for our property which we happily accepted. The excellent support didn't stop there. Sheryl helped progress the sale with our buyer's solicitors, and smoothed out any blockers by chasing up when needed. You hear a lot of bad things about estate agents, but we had a really good experience with Holden Copley. It's great to support a Nottingham company. He had researched the market in our area and showed us so much information and advised us on pricing, he wasn’t pushy at all.
