GoogleHolden Copley have been fantastic in the sale and marketing of our house. All the team are very professional; in particular Zoe Garton did an amazing job, restoring my faith in estate agents. Prior to being on the market with HC, we spent 6 months on the market with a local competitor who I won't name (rhymes with Loyston and Rund), less said about them the better. Zoe organised multiple back-to-back viewings generating massive interest in our property; obtaining 3 offers in a short space of time (one on the first day of viewings). It appears that HCs database of prospects is maintained well, and the potential buyers are well matched to the property type, rather than other agents who employ a 'spray and pray' approach; this saves both the buyer and the vendor considerable time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HC to anyone looking to sell their home; they are professional, competitive and deliver on their promises.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold our house in Lady Bay last month via HC and were very pleased wit the service . the support and level of contact was very reassuring and helpful . Everyone we dealt with was friendly understanding and active , which makes you feel that they are actively pushing on your behalf . Special Mention to Jasmine Greenaway who looked after the post agreement process to completion which got a bit sticky with chains and the usual nonsense , but it felt good to have her onside , her knowledge was exceptional in assessing where everyone else in the process was , vital to stopping us biting nails 24/7 Highly recommend adn will definitely use them again , even though that may not be for 20 years .....PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have tried now to view three properties ( all unoccupied) through Holden Copley. The fist two properties I was unable to view at all as they said that they had arranged open days all places had been taken and as they were expecting offers to come from this they wouldn’t be the opportunity to view, the third property was told that there was no one available to show me the property for two weeks. I arranged the viewing for a fortnight later and the day before Holden Copely cancelled the viewing and the reason given was an offer had been accepted. I cannot believe that they have worked hard to secure the best price for the vendor as I expect like myself other interested parties were unable to view.NegativeQuality

GoogleHoldenCopley were the best estate agent I have ever used, by a clear margin. I am 68 so have known a fair few estate agents over the years. Everything happened when it was supposed to, and how it was supposed to. In particular Lianna Vocaturo (sales progresser) was indefatigable and good at getting the buyer and seller (me) both to be a little more reasonable than they were inclined to be. Well done, team.
