GoogleBoth our sale and onward purchase were with Holden Copley. Throughout the process everything was impressive. Tom's valuation was more generous than another firm's but the marketing for our sale was spot on helping us sell immediately at asking price and helping secure our dream home. Everyone we dealt with were professional and super responsive and helped keep things moving forward. Particular thanks to Eleanor in the progression team who kept our 5 house chain together and progressing despite difficult circumstances and helped us get moved in less than 3 months even amongst a second lockdown. Fantastic value too! Thoroughly recommend!!

GoogleI can't recommend Holden Copley enough! Everyone I dealt with from the valuation to the eventual sale was outstanding. Sarah, Sadie and the team at Hucknall were on fire getting the viewings booked but the hero really was Sheryl. She handled my less than ideal personal situation as well as terrible buyers not just with utter professionalism but incredible empathy. Don't think twice about listing your property with these fine folks. You're in safe hands.

GoogleIf there was a gold standard for estate agents, Holden Copley would be it. They are friendly, professional, helpful, respond quickly, give feedback regularly, proactively look for buyers, give an accurate market value, take great photographs, provide super-easy click-through quotes from solicitors, guide through the sales process once sold and, on top of all this, they offer kindness and reassurance. I dealt with most of the wonderful people there, including Tom, Danniella, Yasmin, Alex, Jack, Lottie and others. They were all, without exception, professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I would happily recommend Holden Copley to anyone looking for an exceptional service.

Despite the limitations as a result of COVID the service was exemplary. GoogleWhen looking for a house HoldenCopley were brilliant, they listened to what I was looking for, kept me informed on houses that were in my price range and had clear direction with their COVID policies. They also contacted me after viewings to get my feedback of the properties that I had seen.The agents were also able to answer questions and if they didn't know the answer, they were able to get the answers very quickly. They were able to provide me with a list of solicitors and supported me with a mortgage advisor. This was a godsend after working full time and being a first time buyer. All in all a smooth process

GoogleI'm just going through the final stages of completion with a property purchase with Holden Copley. Just wanted to leave a review to say that i dealt with many members of staff as I went through the process of multiple viewings in various areas with mountains of questions and every time the staff were really helpful. In particular Jennifer Oddy and Sadie Straw were especially great and came across as very customer orientated, responsive and friendly. I will hopefully be coming back to you guys many more times in the future as I build a property portfolio! Thanks again.

GoogleWe sold our property through Holden Copley and highly recommend them, they were professional and sold our property within a week. The after sales team were great and always available when we needed them. We also had Jack show us around a few properties and he was always professional, reliable and very helpful. Another thing we appreciated was that they always answer the phone and someone is always available to assist if you need anything. I would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI have recently put my house on the market and agreed a sale using Holden Copley. They were very quick to respond from valuation all the way through to confirming acceptance of the offer that had been put forward. Would definitely recommend them to others and use again in the future. Their 360 degree imagery was great and makes them stand out from others in the market. Jack was very helpful throughout and has been responsive when I have asked questions about next steps. This is the first time I have sold a house and he has assured me no questions are stupid. GoogleHolden Copley are absolutely brilliant at what they do. From start to finish they have been professional, approachable and helpful in their interactions. They respond within a few hours to any queries and even with Covid restrictions in place, they have adapted and ensured the delivery of their service has not been impacted or reduced. Jordan was our surveyor and was very aware and accommodating with ensuring we were safe as a shielding household. Lauren was our photographer and she was lovely and friendly and ensured we were safe too. I now know why most of the For Sale/ Sold boards in the local area belong to Holden Copley- they are competent and they employ the best staff and their reputation is outstanding. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone selling/purchasing a house . I would also like to specifically mention Lianna who has been unbelievably brilliant since the start. She is an absolute credit to the company and her knowledge and professionalism is beyond compare. Give her a raise/promotion Mr Holden and Mr Copley!
