GoogleVery good communication, which is always essential in these things. The only thing the let it down slightly was branch staff not being efficient with keys/alarm codes handover.

GoogleNot good. All the properties I wanted to view online where not on their site. If I was a sellar with a board outside my house I would expect future buyers to be able to see some basic details on line.
Agent replied · 1 October 2023
Thank you for your feedback. A for sale board is ordered the day a client agrees to go ahead. Sometimes the for sale board is erected before the photography is complete and the property goes live on the internet. I understand if you found this frustrating but a quick call to the office would have confirmed this and we would be able to offer you more information or a viewing. Please feel free to email me steven@holdencopley.co.uk and I’ll be happy to help. Kind regards
