GoogleThe team at Holden Copley have provided excellent service to us in our house sale. They have been flexible when we needed to re-arrange viewings and very responsive at all times. When our original buyer pulled out they got in touch immediately and were pro-active in contacting other offers to ensure that a sale was still agreed in time for us to make an offer on another property. 10/10, would recommend.

GoogleI'm currently in the position of buying a property. So far, my experience with Holden Copley, the Long Eaton branch, is absolutely first class. The estate agent at a recent property viewing, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the property. He was also very welcoming and friendly, making the whole experience great. The staff at the Long Eaton office have a very lovely, friendly and welcoming approach. So far, as a buyer, I feel extremely reassured with their helpfulness and efficiency in this process of property buying

GoogleHolden Copley Long Eaton team have been brilliant in my experience. - From organising viewings - I didn't have to keep repeating myself. They always had my details on file and understood what I was looking for. Holden Copley did not send properties for the sake of sending properties. - Viewings - whilst back to back viewings are unavoidable, Holden Copley team always gave me enough time to view and ask questions without feeling pressured to leave for the next appointment. - Communication - very clear, timely and professional. Professionalism with a human touch. Every single encounter was extremely pleasant. Caroline and Samantha exemplify great service. - The process is stressful enough and with more buyers, than sellers, the team at Holden Copley have systems that allow you to track where you are and keep to deadlines. This was always reassuring to know that there wasn't eternal waiting on offers. I cannot recommend Holden Copley Long Eaton - Caroline and Samantha especially - enough.

GoogleI can't recommend Holden Copley enough, especially Sammy who has been absolutely fantastic. While viewing houses in the Long Eaton area we were contacting numerous estate agents, and Holden Copley were easily the fastest, most helpful and communicative option. It has been really easy to book in viewings, call with questions and stay informed of progress. We were nervous as first time buyers, but we've been guided through the process with professionalism and expertise.

GoogleI am still yet to receive correspondence from the Hucknall office despite having contacted Amy and Marie on three separate occasions and being told it would be sent straight away. I can only hope they are more professional if you are trying buy or sell a property through their office.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from start to finish. Friendly staff made me feel at ease from the initial viewing and photos of the house, to exchange of contracts. Excellent communication keeping me informed and liaising with my solicitors and the builders of my new house. A special Thankyou to Sheryl Parker at Hucknall Branch, who has worked her socks off chasing solicitors to ensure everything happened on time. I would highly recommend Holden and Copley to market your property. ❤️

Especially Molly and Maria who have been on the ball, very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, they answer any worries or questions I have straightaway. Everything so far has been great and very stress free. I'd recommend Holden Copley 😊

GoogleFrom our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our house through to the final handover to solicitors to complete the sale, the Holden Copley team have been excellent. Chelsea in the Arnold office was invaluable in getting marketing materials in place. Maria and Amy in the Hucknall team arranged viewings and kept us informed throughout the whole selling process. Our property sold quickly and I cannot recommend Holden Copley highly enough.

GoogleVery mixed bag. Used them recently to sell my house and my experience was mixed. Excellent photos,virtual tour and ads. Accompanied viewings on the whole ok but some issues. Could have managed the buying process better and made better business decisions on my behalf. Comms poor, some phone calls not returned, property sold but fell through, expectation management average, post sales experience for me very poor.

GoogleHolden Copley have been completely faultless from start to finish. Jordan was the only estate agent which wasn’t pushy and did a cost-to-move plan with us. The photos were beautiful and communication with Jade was Perfect. Always helpful and quick to respond. Karen was lovely and always polite and quick to get back to us also. Not an expensive estate agents so wasn’t sure what to expect, but so pleased we used HC! Thank you 😊
