GoogleWe went with HC because they had competitive pricing and professional service at the point of valuation,they were new to the area but we're quickly building presence. Really fast from valuation to photos (which were great) to going on the market and quickly had viewings which were managed smoothly by the guys at HC, great communication and always really friendly, sales progression kept us informed. Still awaiting dates and exchange but overall we've had a great experience and would recommend.

GoogleReally helpful and good communication, everything has been well organised. When we had a slight hiccup with a buyer suddenly dropping out, potentially causing issues with our onward purchase, Samantha was straight on the case and chasing up other viewings/previous offers. Net result, by the time we'd returned her voicemail it had been sorted.

GoogleThe team in Long Eaton are just fantastic! Any request I've made they've dealt with promptly and always get back to me. Samantha and Caroline are so great and nothing is too much. Liam has been wonderful performing the accompanied viewings and would recommend him highly as he makes it a priority to get to know your home.

GoogleSelling our house after 37 years and making a long distance move I thought would be stressful. Holden Copley had recently expanded their services to Long Eaton so I called them. From the very first phone call to the valuation, photography, arranging and conducting viewings ,they were brilliant. Everything is so organised, and confirmation texts emails and reminders ensure you know exactly what the situation is, along with informative feedback. We had a large volume of viewings and our house quickly sold and the process is moving along nicely. I have not dealt with an estate agent since 1984, but I can honestly say Holden Copley are one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you to all the staff who have been involved in our sale, and a special thanks to super Samantha sales manager who has been brilliant.
