Having initially had my property for sale with a different agent who's performance was very poor I switched to Holden & Copley. We have just completed the sale of my Dads property through the Long Eaton branch,and have been very impressed through the whole process with the professionalism and efficiency of everyone at Holden Copley from the sales and admin staff. From the start they kept us informed regards the viewings and gave us prompt feedback and achieved a offer within 3 weeks. Karen in sales progression then took over she did a fantastic job keeping us informed of progress on a weekly basis and if any information was needed ,acting as liaison between solicitors and pushing for a prompt completion.We completed on sale in 9 weeks which in the current climate was excellent and this was in a large part due to Karen’s input. Our experience with Holden Copley has been great, they have done exactly what was asked which was to sell our house as quick as possible, they even managed to get it for a price a great price! The staff were great, helpful and polite, especially Sammie & Caroline. Also, the estate agent who held the viewings was professional and very informed on our property, including the work we had done.
