From first meeting with Matt Copley to the speedy arrangement of sales particulars, viewings, communications of offers received as well as generally quick return of calls/emails, this has been a great experience and I highly recommend this company. GoogleWe have used Holden Copley several times, and would never use anyone else. If you are looking for competency, staff that all go the extra mile, and keep you up to date, then use Holden Copley. From start to completion we could not fault the service. The staff at Arnold are a credit to this company. I would highly recommend them all the time. Using HoldenCopley again 2022. Their service from start to finish is as above. Staff are all lovely, professional & honest. What more do you want! Property SSTC in 3 weeks. Can't find any negative comments to pass. Use them if you want your house marketing & sold!

GoogleI have just bought and sold property through HoldenCopley and I can't speak highly enough of them. I was impressed right from the start when I was looking to market the house - the valuer showed me so much market data that no other agent did, and genuinely understood the market and knew what he was talking about. I made the decision to sell through HoldenCopley on the day and haven't once regretted it. Both buying and selling was made so much easier by everyone concerned, but special thanks have to go to Sheryl for all her hard work throughout, particularly after a solicitor in the chain messed up time and time again. I truly have never encountered someone who cares as much about their job and the people they work with. She is amazing, and I can't thank her enough. I just hope HC know how lucky they are to have such an incredible member of their team.

The process to get my offer accepted has been long mainly due to vendor factors, but I want to say special thanks to Esta @ the Arnold branch who kept me informed and always very pleasant to talk to. GoogleEllie Nightingale and Sophie Bellaby are both amazing who work for Holden Copley! In my whole experience of arranging viewings etc for houses, I have not experienced such great speedy replies to emails, like I have with them two! They made buying a house for my 1st time, so much more less stressful! Amazing service.. thank you :)

GoogleI want to thank Holden Copley for having the patience of a saint! From Josie who negotiated to Sophie who was our sales progressor and the girls on the front desks who I asked many questions to!! We have just bought our retirement bungalow and as it was 20 years since we had last moved a LOT had changed . It was very stressful but we have finally completed and once renovations are complete we will look forward to many happy years in it. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

GoogleHolden Copley as estate agents go are second to none! We sold our old home and purchased our new home through them due to a recommendation from another previous client of there’s and from start to finish it has always been professional and efficient. They have a wide customer database and we managed to sell our house within the first week of being on the market! Georgia our sales progression agent who handled our sale and purchase was so good and patient with us throughout the whole process, we had regular updates and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend Holden Copley for anyone looking at selling!

I can say with absolutely confidence that Holden Copley it has been until now the most professional estate agent that I am dealing with. All the staff Ellie, Jack and Lydia etc have been really helpful; speed reply, providing information, reply to the enquires etc. I give 4 stars with the hope to find through them my first home and hopefully provide a new 5 star review

GoogleUsing Holden Copley for our buy to let was a great decision. Our solicitor choice was a very bad one!! Without the help of Melissa Denton at Holden Copley the two properties we purchased would not have met the completion timeline. Melissa was very proactive, professional and consistent with following up with the solicitors and coordinating the whole process. I can only say good things and thankful for all her support throughout the whole process. I recommend Holden Copley 100%

GoogleFive Star Service. I bought a house marketed by Holden Copley and their selling agents were fantastic keeping me updated on the position of the whole chain every step of the way. I then went on to rent out this house through their lettings team and, again, the service was first class. They arranged all necessary work on the property to ensure it was up to legal standards, tenant viewings, and reference checks, basically the whole process start to finish, with minimal input from me which is just the service I was after. Would 10/10 recommend both the sales and lettings side for a hassle-free time.

GoogleWelcoming vibes from the agency from the get go! Interesting that there are some other agencies who seem a bit disinterested and don't return calls for viewing... Anyways, my wife has been dealing with Meggie Calder who has been fantastic throughout, recommending suitable areas and arranging viewings. Today we had an appointment with George. Nice gentleman who had the house prepared for us to view freely and answered our queries with regards to our requirements. He even went through our preferences and gave us helpful suggestions. This is exactly what some of us need; timely appointments based on flexible timings and someone as a point of contact for questions.

But Holden Copley has to be the best I have ever dealt with, by far. Special praise for Nicole and Luke who often go far beyond the call of duty. Try them...you won't be disappointed.

GoogleFrom the moment we placed an offer on our house to the moment we picked up the keys, the experience was so enjoyable. This was all down to Holden and Copley. Initially, we both were under the impression that the process was going to be very stressful and difficult. However, we were wrong as both Chloe, Lottie and Georgia from the Holden and Copley team were so helpful and always made sure we were up to date with every piece of information about the house. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend buying your house with Holden and Copley enough!! If you want a stress free experience and amazing staff who help you through the process, then these estate agents are the ones to go with!!!

It didn't end up to be straight forward but the hard work of the team, particularly Lianna, who managed the whole process brilliantly enabled us to complete. Without their work it would have been a nightmare. My wife and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

The sale didn’t go as smoothly as expected but the sales progression was handled by Mellissa and what can I say her determination and professionalism throughout was incredible! The after sale care was great. I was kept up to date throughout the process! I would highly recommend! Mellissa you deserve a medal! A real credit to Holden Copley! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

GoogleWe are currently buying a house though Holden and Copley, we honestly can’t praise and thank these amazing people enough! Having a year from hell and needed to find a house that’s easily adaptable for our disabled son has been nothing short of a nightmare. Most people know the market is chaotic at the moment. We saw our soon to be new home on Zoopla and gave Holden and Copley a call. From the very moment we stepped foot in the house they were brilliant, keeping us informed throughout and readily available to answer any questions. Our trust with other estate agents hasn’t always been the best so it’s amazing to find a team willing to help! Special mentions goes to Esta for helping us every step of the way and being there to answer our thousands of questions! And also to Tom (as he said, ginger Tom) who showed us round the house, made what can be an uncomfortable experience very entertaining! We now have 3 very happy children that have there dream house and garden! Again thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend enough!
