The girls at the Hucknall office are lovely and always available when needed .I would use them again if they had properties in Derbyshire. Not good experience so far. I have lost count of times trying to rent with this agent. On first approach they made us feel relevant and at ease but after every single application up to 10. They send emails that we are unsuccessful and say it has nothing to do with our application. No reason given or anything. I just think they don’t have a good approach to selecting for rentals. It’s all let down. I wouldn’t recommend.

We wanted to view a house today (Friday) which went on the market two days earlier (Wednesday). When we phoned Holden Copley, the agent was being very coy and evasive, telling us there was an open day on the Saturday, but that it was full and we would have to view it the following weekend. We then received a call some hours later telling us the house had just been sold. What's weird, is that they didn't even ask how much we were prepared to offer. I highly doubt a seller would accept the first offer in this current market, the day before they were meant to be having viewings. I don't think there was ever an open day. Definitely some underhand tactics going on here.

Worst estate agent I have dealt with! There rental process is really unfair they take 10 people to view a house and then allow all 10 to apply and they choose who they like even though I was the first to send my application in. Not only that no one gives you updates you have to call them they don’t call or contact you and to top it off they didn’t even let me no they had chose someone else for the property I had to call them to ask what’s happening they didn’t even ask if there was anywhere else I would like to look .

Recently sold an estate property through Holdens (Bridgford). They were very responsive to my initial approach to them (10 minutes to get a response to my email), unlike some other local agents who couldn't be bothered or were like jumped up second-hand car salespersons. I figure that if an estate agent doesn't respond immediately to me, then what will they be like responding to a potential buyer. Very professional marketing package, and competitive on the price. Melissa was a gem - the buyers agents and solicitors were useless. Melissa chased them at least a couple of times a week for updates and to gee them along. Eventually, after discussing with Holdens I put the house back on to the market due to the delays, which certainly got the buyers attention and completed 7 days later. They certainly earnt their money! I'm looking to sell another property soon and Holdens will be at the top of the list for Agents that I look to instruct.

This is a personal review for Tylor Leeds, Accompanied viewer at Holden Copley. I am still actively looking for my next home and Tylor showed me round a property in Hucknall last week. Although the property itself was beautiful, it did not meet my requirements and so I did not make an offer. However, Tylor was very friendly, open and engaging as well as courteous and respectful! He is definitely an asset to the company and I wish him every success in his future career.
