We have a great story to tell of the service we have received. We have the very sad task of selling our parents home. We initially met with Tom who was honest and very helpful to us. Once we decided to go ahead with Holden Copley the task was handed to initially Genette and then Lauren. Lauren has been full of energy sorting us out and all the home viewings hosted by Joseph and Lucy and Esta always very helpful on the phone. . We had an initial offer after a week. Sadly, that fell through, but immediate effort was made and another offer achieved after only one day. We are now SSTC and I look forward to ongoing attention through the next phase. Thank you all for helping through our sad task.

Awful company. Landlords beware- if you want a letting agent that works for the tenant who wrecks your house then this is the company for you. If you want an agent that works for you as a landlord and you are paying them to ensure your property is looked after then please AVOID. The whole experience with them (which happened slowly, over time) was so stressful that I sold my rental property. Edit: Owner’s response is very telling and not surprising given they tried to make me believe the tenant had not done anything wrong and that it was normal. HC managed my rental property up to 2024 and yes it was definitely HC and I have not posted in error.
