A young couple turned up to view, we were unaware as no one from the office had bothered to either check it was suitable for them to view or message/email us. Nearly a month and no interest or viewings. No one at Holden Copley is interested or bothered it seems. Very little work for a chunk of commission.Not recommended! * 19 viewings which half of didn't even turn up to view and 4 non proceedable offers which weren't even negotiated!

Josh showed us around a property yesterday, and it was by far our best ever experience viewing a house (of more than 30 viewings this year with a number of different agents from the Wollaton/ Bramcote/Beeston area). Josh clearly went above and beyond with his knowledge of the property, and was able to answer almost all of our questions there and then. The few questions he couldn't answer he made a note of to pass back to their office. I was pretty set on them from the beginning because they seemed to have quite a few properties in the area so I thought that would mean they’d be able to get in lots of viewings. Then when we met Chris, that really cemented my confidence in the company. Everything has just exceeded our expectations- from the description of my mum’s home which was so lovely to read, to having a dedicated person to progress the sale (Josie, who was an absolute godsend). The communication has been outstanding and no doubt taken out that feeling of being totally lost in the process I’m sure. Really glad we went with them!

GoogleUnprofessional. We decided to swap to a new agent after the period with Holden Copley with their clear tactics of list online and wait then get owners to reduce if no sale. Indicated we would be switching to a new agent and when the time came HoldenCopley contacted the owners of the property we are purchasing and stated we had removed our property from the market and did they want to relist. What HoldenCopley don't know is that we are in direct communication with the sellers and they contacted us to quickly dispell the spiteful inaccuracies. Very unprofessional in the end and in a dignified way their tactics have been stated by our new agent. HoldenCopley will struggle in a more difficult market although looked good to us at the start.

I decided I liked a property that was in a building where lenders weren't all too willing to lend on. Holden Copley, after a pleasant and honest viewing experience, went above and beyond to make sure I was in a position where I could find a lender and eventually buy the property.
Their staff are helpful and respond very quickly, know their stuff, and aren't afraid of getting involved to help the lending process move along if a bank or building society are dithering about.
They really feel like they want to treat both sides, the buyer and seller, equally, and I'd be sure to use them again in the future, knowing if get a great overall service.
They also made me feel more confident and comfortable as a first time buyer and didn't treat me in any way to suggest they undervalued me or to take advantage.
10/10 would recommend!
