Upon my arrival at the property, I was greeted by a welcoming Accompanied Viewer Agent, Nicolas Cohen, who was on time and available to stay longer than the allotted time to show us around the property thoroughly and answer the long list of questions we had prepared with the utmost patience and consideration. Nicolas was very helpful and informative with his answers and was able to signpost us in the direction of the team for further technical questions about the offer-making and exchange process. Followed up with a call immediately after the viewing to providers with extra details of the process. I was able to easily speak with the Senior Sales Negotiator, Esta Dunn, in person in the office, where I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Three days later we have managed to get our offer accepted and have been shown how the process will unfold from here on out-very reassuring! I am so pleased with this experience and it makes for a very promising future.

GoogleI used Holden Copley to sell my house just before Christmas. It was definitely a 5 star service from the start. They put my house on the market for a realistic and higher price compared to other estate agents. Despite the current climate the house sold in less than 4 months, the offer was made by the buyer within a couple of weeks of the house being on the market. Feedback was given for all viewings, I never had to chase this. Special mention to Josie Plestor who managed the sale and did a good job keeping me informed and up to date and ensuring a smooth process. I would definitely recommend them.

GooglePoor service from the start with Holden Copley. From not giving feedback after viewings, still not getting feedback after raising the issue, staff member saying they didn't phone to give feedback, because I know you wouldn't accept the offer, phoning a number of times asking how to set the bungalow alarm after being told a number of times how to do it, not setting the bungalow alarm after a viewing, letter to the bungalow opened by someone, being told one thing by one staff member then be told something totally different from another staff member. Looking at taking 8 Yeoman Avenue to another agent to sell. (Owners Son) Update- Final straw was going around the bungalow a day after the viewing and see that three lights had been left on, to which one was a fan light, with the fan going at full rate. Credit goes to Sarah though, she did apologise for all the problems via email. Now with HomeMove, for the estate agent. Update 5th January 2024. The property was listed with Ben Sales at Homemove, after the poor service from Holden Copley. Ben, from Home Move sold the Bungalow within a week, something Holden Copley couldn't even start to come close to in three months.
