The photographer was very polite and professional. Jessica Monk was our contact at the office. She was that perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Really lovely estate agents, everyone helping us on the selling side has been so friendly and helpful - Esther was particularly brilliant, lovely to speak to and handled everything so efficiently and professionally! Also put us in touch with some fantastic contacts who have helped make the other parts of the process practically stress-free. Selling & buying this time around has actually been easier than just buying the first time around! Melissa has also been fantastic as the estate agent working through our sale and purchase, has really pushed to get things moving whenever they've been stagnant and it's been great to feel that we aren't having to do all the communicating ourselves. Jordan, Josie, Sheryl and all the team were great with the sale of our house. They responded quickly to our enquiry to put our property on the market and took great photos of our property. They marketed our property on their website and Rightmove and we had several viewings booked within the first few days! Lucy brown has been dealing with the sale of my property and I can’t recommend her enough!! After a very bad 3 months with purple bricks I have seen a huge difference in using holden Copley. I've used a number of different agents over the years to let my rental property and have had from mediocre to bad service. I'm so glad I chose Holden Copley on this occasion and always will do in the future. They were professional, responsive, on top of all the details and reminded me when I needed to do something (in contrast to other agents whom I have had to chase). They let the property very quickly by setting a fair valuation: From going on the market on Thursday, I had 6 viewings on Saturday, resulting in 3 applications. Every single member of staff with whom I dealt was fantastic but I want to mention in particular Luke, Lili, Jamie and Chloe. Meeting Luke persuaded me to go with Holden Copley and his management of the process was great. Lili put all the stops out to get the property advertised quickly including juggling the diary to get photographs taken. I particularly appreciated that Jamie, who accompanied viewings, provided feedback on prospective tenants which really helped with the decision. Finally, Chloe, who handled the detail of the tenancy applications managed the whole process wonderfully so that it was smooth for both me and the tenants. I can't thank all of you enough. I look forward to using your services again in the future.
