GoogleA couple of hiccups in the middle with errors on the rightmove posting (despite me informing them before putting it live) and viewing agents turning up late - otherwise would've been a 5* Tom gave us a realistic but aspirational valuation and pricing strategy that played our perfectly, and Sarah handled the offer negotations and sale agreement brilliantly

GoogleSelling our house through holden copley and so far the service we have received has been absolutely brilliant! From the valuation to the pictures to getting it online the staff have been amazing and so accommodating - we had put an offer on a house before ours was officially up and they re scheduled so that we could get it online quicker. Big thanks to Lydia who we have been liaising with, she is fast efficient and even on her day off from work went out of her way to make sure that we were kept in the loop, there’s not many estate agents that do that, and we’ve been so grateful to have lydia! There’s a reason why you see so many Holden Copley signs everywhere in Nottingham because they’re the best. We were recommended them from friends who sold and bought a house through them and I’m so glad we took on their recommendation because so far it’s all been really stress free!

GoogleOutstanding service from Holden Copley as they made selling our home seamless and very swift. We had our house listed with HC and another agency and we never doubted HC’s ability to secure a faster sale. Every member of the team that we dealt with was extremely polite and professional, so much so that we loved nipping in to the office for quick chats as we were passing by - the ladies in the office are always so welcoming! A special mention to Liberty, Amy and Bethan for overseeing the sale, all very quick to respond, gave transparency throughout the process and supported answering the many questions we had over the course of the couple months! Likewise to Lizzie for her fantastic photography ability and skills in really showcasing our house to look its best. We would definitely recommend Holden Copley moving forward, for their amazing customer service and approach throughout. Thank you guys :)

GoogleHolden Copley have been a please to deal with whilst buying my home. I’d personally like to mention esta for all her help when I was searching and arranging countless viewings on different properties. But the high standard service didn’t stop there, Melissa; my sale processor was amazing. Very informative, always there to help and replied promptly to any issues… it was a lengthy process due to no fault of hc or myself, so thanks for your patience and persistence! Rob

GoogleAmazing team and brilliant care and customer service. Leah was amazing selling our property and getting it all tied up. Then during the sale process, Karen was out of this world. We had a very tricky complicated chain with a chain within a chain and she was able to solve every problem that arose and If it wasn't for Karen I am sure that our sale and purchase would not have been able to complete.
