GoogleReally enjoyed the journey with Holden Copley. Our contact at the Hucknall branch has been second to none; from viewing to moving forward with our purchase. Huge shout-out to Adam W-B who has been absolutely brilliant communicating with us, providing reassurance, following through with actions, and incredibly professional. I suggest other agents follow their lead in the service they wish to offer; moving is extremely stressful so to be in good hands with Adam was a real stroke of luck. Highly recommended, just don't change!

GoogleAt the age of 74 years my wife and I needed move house and to a new area at that. The task was daunting as it was over 23 years since we last moved. We needed to sell our home first and chose Holden Copley estate agents in order to facilitate the move. We found that Holden Copley were superbly professional in the friendly manner in which they catered for our individual needs guiding us through the system. At the head of that process was a diamond of a young lady called Lydia Smith. GoogleJust viewed a property with Josh and I must confess he's an amazing and great personality, his carriage and disposition to viewers radiates professionalism and comportment. Overall, staff of Holden Copley are always ready to help, accommodating and of good character, Millie is another personality anybody will be happy to meet, she has a listening ear and amazingly selfless. GoogleAbsolutely excellent service from Nico- we felt so at ease during the viewings we had with him and he was attentive and knowledgeable. Holden Copley have been brilliant with us for our house search so far- I’ve also been in contact with Lucy and Lauren quite a lot who’ve been absolutely brilliant at getting us booked in for viewings and SO quick at responding. Cannot fault any of the team we’ve interacted with so far at all, they’re all fantastic.

GoogleFirst off when the male arrived from Holden and Copley; he never offered to take his shoes off. So I had someone waking around in my clean home where my children play and sit. This is basic manners. Secondly I feel personally harassed. After trying to turn the company down, after selecting a different estate agents I have been pestered. With nothing but sale tactics to try and change my mind. I understand this is a business. But my mind has been made, I shouldn’t be forced into a corner, and repeatedly rang. Thirdly my house was massively over valued, and are the majority of properties which this company are selling. You only need to scan right move to see this, and see they aren’t selling. My advise would be to use an alternative company

Our employees are instructed to follow protocols, including offering to remove their shoes. It’s highly unusual that this happened, and I am sorry it did. We are also sorry to hear that you felt harassed by our follow-up calls. It is never our intention to make our clients feel uncomfortable. As for the valuation of your property, we strive to provide accurate assessments based on current market trends and data. We regret that you feel our valuation was not reflective of the market. I have to put you right regarding Rightmove and our properties. We sell more properties in Nottingham than any other agency, and we have a fantastic track record of achieving the marketing price. But we appreciate we do not get things right every time. We appreciate your feedback and will work hard to address these issues to better serve our clients in the future. As mentioned I’d be keen to understand more, which office you dealt with, which valuer came to your home, so we can offer further training and to provide your feedback directly.
