GoogleSelling your house with them is great, But buying a house from them, not so great. communication for your onward sale could be better. In general good estate agent and when I have had an issue with communication for inward buying they have stepped up and been excellent

GoogleWe are currently using Holden to acquire a property. I rang a few weeks back to view 2 properties. Leah was friendly and welcoming and squeezed me in 2 viewings that same day which was beneficial in working around my job. Everyone I have encountered in the office is friendly and approachable. We have just had an offer accepted and Leah was efficient in getting the ball moving. Leah helped us to fill in all the paperwork whilst we were in the Canary Islands. Leah has kept us updated at every stage and has been responsive and efficient and supported us in going for the property we loved. I will definitely consider H&C should I ever need to sell a property in the future.

GoogleWe began our search for our first home middle of February. We stumbled across our now home beginning of March. We instantly fell in love with the property and put an offer in straight away. Holden Copley worked hard to get the offer accepted and we were then on our way to the Sales team! Josie was there to support us throughout the whole process, as we are both first time buyers and had little knowledge of the processors but Josie kept us up to date with every step and answered any ridiculous questions we had sympathising with us when we hit major brick walls along the way. They communicated well with the vendors ame ourselves throughout. Thank you so much, Josie. Our case was briefly passed over to Amy who was equally as helpful and then back to Josie and so I would also like to thank Amy as well. GoogleRecently sold our house through Holden Copley and could not have asked for more from them as an estate agent. From start to finish the communication, advice & support we received was second to none. From the initial photography & marketing all the way to the sales progression & completion we felt they were a valuable asset throughout the process. Special mention must be given to Laura, who guided the sale brilliantly, and Karen, our sales progressor who was absolutely invaluable in getting us over the line. Not planning on moving house again any time soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use Holden Copley again if we did.
