Offer has now been accepted after only 2 weeks on the market, hopefully the process continues smoothly now to completion

GoogleT A big thank you to all of the sales team at Holden Copley, West Bridgford. Within a matter of 14 days, we had numerous viewings of our property and we SOLD - STC after approximately 17 days with countless offers on the table. The photographs and 3D tour of our house were fabulous too and no doubt helped to sell it so thanks there as well.

GoogleWe recently sold a property and Melissa dealt with our transaction. She was very efficient in her handling and updated us every step of the way! There was times where there was no progress from the buyers end & Melissa made sure to chase them and progress things. I would highly recommend Melissa to deal with anyone’s affairs!

We have sold two properties and bought one through them this year, everything that they do is spot on and nothing is too much trouble. Karen Eccles - Senior Sales Progressor, is a total star! She is brilliant at her job and works extremely hard to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. I'm certain that if it were not for Karen's tireless efforts, experience and outstanding communication skills, we would not be in our lovely new home now - we cannot thank her enough.
