GoogleWe have recently brought a house through Holden Copley and the service has been amazing. Our sales progressor Josie was an absolute gem and her communication was amazing. If we had any queries, these were responded to within the same day and we always had updates regarding the progression of the sale, which made us feel so at ease as first time buyers. GoogleThe Team at Holden Copley Arnold are great, we had the most dealings with Lydia who was just amazing. We bought a property that they were the estate agents for and even as the buyer we have felt supported, advocated for and they worked so hard between us and the vendor to get us our house. We have spoken to estate agents before that you just know they don’t have your interests at heart at all so this experience was so lovely. Thank you again for everything!

GoogleI recently sold my house through Holden Copley. I can't recommend them enough - they have the majority of the market so there was loads of exposure and they jumped on it when the first sale fell through. Shout out to Jordan for getting things up and running quickly. The photos also looked amazing. Also huge shout out to Josie, my sales progressor who kept me updated and pushed the sale along. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWas trying to buy a lease property with this company and it took me calling 3 times over weeks to get confirmation on what the lease said regarding pets. Then I tried twice to book a viewing on the place but was ghosted. Apparently there had been barely any viewings on the flat I was interested in, but now I have to wonder if it's because no one is getting their viewing requests answered! Meanwhile the seller probably thinks no one is interested... Maybe don't sell your property with this agent.

GoogleAs a tenant I usually find estate agents to be very bad/uninterested in their job. But not Holden Copley! I rented a flat directly from them and they were a dream to deal with, especially Lexy. I was in a newly renovated flat that unfortunately had a few issues with, but they were always handled immediately and professionally and was never made to feel like I was inconveniencing them at all (like the estate agent i have now) The flat ended up being a big small for my needs so had to move. I wish Holden Copley were managing my new place, they are the absolute best by a mile

GoogleI highly recommend Millie Hastings at Holden Copley in Arnold office. She’s very understanding, communicates well, is quick to act, effective in her actions and has good knowledge in giving advices. She helped me in achieving something challenging while renting my place out. In fact in my experience all of the Lettings teams under Luke’s management are great. They set high standards for themselves and I feel reassured each time whenever I have queries.

GoogleWe recently both sold and purchased through HC and it was a stressful experience for many reasons but HC were always excellent. The staff in the office are both friendly and professional. Once we had a buyer and a house we wanted, we were appointed Josie as our prime point of contact through to completion. This worked very well and Josie was great at speaking to the others in the chain and our solicitors, helping to keep us informed of progress. We hope never to move house again but would strongly recommend HC if you are contemplating moving.

GoogleMe and my wife made a successful offer for a property sold by Holden Copley, in West Bridgeford. Lucy, who has been assisting us with this has been really helpful and efficient so far. She was quick to get back to us when discussing offers from us and the vendor to get to an agreed price. She has made the process so far welcoming especially when we are first time buyers and new to this world! She was quick to respond to my emails and explained what was needed easily. A great experience so far, and hopefully this continue through the sale process.
