GoogleHolden Copley have been amazing, from laura in the office doing my bartering for the property that I have exchanged on today π To Mel in aftersales who has been the true star of the show, she has helped so so much in getting this sale to the finishing line, I can not thank her enough, without her I think it would not of happened... I really can't thank you all enough. My son is buying a property from another estate agents and their aftersales is practically non existent !! So if you are buying or selling I recommend Holden Copley a million %

GoogleTheir first marketing tactic is to reduce your house price before they try anything else. I felt the service from my house sale onwards to be rather unprofessional. The lack of experience, and age of my particular agents was very noticeable. The negotiation skills were severely lacking. They interfered where they were not needed and confused matters for no reason. I wouldn't recommend Holden Copley Long Eaton.

GoogleI wanted to say a massive thank you to Jasmine Greenaway and Melissa Denton they have been absolutely amazing with our house sale! We had a tight deadline due to paying off our help to buy and there have been brilliant with speeding up the process and chasing things up for us. Mel has been so patient with me and has given me updates everyday! The photos of the house were brilliant and we sold our house within 6 days of being on the market! GoogleEstate agents have become so frustrating to work with recently, with a lot just not even returning my calls, cancelling viewings at last minute or just being really uninterested in my questions at viewings.
