Selling with the Arnold office who have been great a couple of the ladies in there have helped us with our sale particularly Lauren M. Ledina at the West Bridgford office has been great in understanding the types of properties we were wanting to buy recommending a few and helping us with the negotiations in getting an offer accepted. I walked into the door at Holden Copley in West Bridgford & was greeted by a group of very competent & professional all alpha female team. My request was simple, we are moving to Wales in 4 months, please market & sell our house. The photos & Holden team passed through this phase very efficiently, & then of course we moved into the "Sale Progression Phase" in what through no fault of Holden or ours we had a few obstacles surface once the ball was rolling, This is where Karen Eccles came in, who was clearly well rehearsed in dealing with solicitors, buyers, vendors & stressed dad's (me). Karen, kept on top of the planning & where solicitors or people dragged their heals. We kept the ball rolling & got the job done just within 4 months of me walking in the door. Well done West Bridgford team Holden.

We could not recommend Jasmine and her team more highly! We purchased a foreclosure and had ridiculous issues with title and the banks and Jasmine was there pushing and following up for us throughout so that we could be in for Christmas. We would never have got there without her and her team’s willingness to push for us. The team also did an excellent job representing our offer to the banks and guiding us through the whole process, and given that we moved over from Australia we did need that extra help! If you’re in the market to sell or buy, I can’t think of any better team to get you through it all! Thank you so much Jasmine and team!

Holden Copley have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process to us as first time buyers. Jessica Monk was a brilliant mediator during negotiations over the price, her excellent manner on the phone and a good knowledge of the market ensured a quick and reasonable outcome. Furthermore, Jasmine Lawson has been exceptionally helpful throughout the completion process, chasing the chain and providing regular updates to us. Tried to book a viewing with them, in the space of 48 hours cancelled 3 times and didn’t give me any options of time and day. Viewed a property with them and the estate agent arrived half an hour late. Very unprofessional

Could not recommend this company enough, especially Karen Eccles.... had it not been for all the additional work Karen did for us (even though she wasn't our agent... she was the agent for the house we were buying) we would never have got into our new property... thank you Karen.. you did all of the work for Purple Bricks (my so called agent .. who took our money and did nothing to support us). Lesson learnt ...anyone buying a house or selling a house use a Holden & Copley .. they actually care ! 🏠
