Terrible company , my 4 bed semi had over 200 snags , very poorly built didn’t conform to robust details even though all signed off by the site manager , main soil pipe running through the house top to bottom not insulated at all when I started the nhbc process ( just average poor insurance company sponsored by the house builders ) and showed the evidence I was told no claim I should have reported it earlier ? so does that mean you have to go opening ceilings up on purchase to check ? even the robust detail checklist had been signed off ? Stay clear
