Hockeys estate agents were great. We had a very long and drawn out process between selling, buying and a probate case on the property that we were buying. Both properties were with Hockeys and that worked in our favour for sure. It meant we got answers quicker. They still kept us informed every step of the way. We very much appreciated the feel of having a personal service. We have used several estate agents in the past and I would definitely say that Hockeys have come out top for us. Harriet and Ben were especially attentive to our property sale. Considering it's a very stressful experience, they did their best to reassure us the whole way through. They are very dedicated to their jobs and that shows. I will be recommending you :-) Thank you to all at Hockeys.

GoogleReally poor. Marketed with them and they were encouraging me to drop the price after a week, and then almost goaded me when after four weeks I said I’d had just five viewings. Rarely phoned me. I tried to view two properties with them. They were too busy. In one case the seller showed me round. I sold my house for more than the reduction Hockeys suggested I reduce to with another agent. Hockeys made me wait the full time before I could get rid of them. Do not use this estate agent.

GoogleI absolutely cannot rate Ben and the rest of the team at Hockeys highly enough. From Lauren carrying out our viewing who was professional and helpful, to the overwhelming job Ben did at making our purchase a success. To say Ben went the extra mile is a big understatement. Unfortunately we found ourselves with a very poor agent for our sale (we'll remain professional and not name names), along with an incredibly poor solicitor (again!).. this made for a very challenging 6 months. I firmly believe it is only down to Bens dedication and hard work that made buying our home a success. At times when I know Ben must have been at his wits end with the process, he did not give up and remained so professional and friendly. I am so grateful that Hockeys were the agents for our purchase, and I am even more grateful that Ben took control and got the job done. Thank you Ben!

GoogleVery please with Hockeys' positive can-do approach from Ben and Harriet. Particulars, signs, viewing all handled well. The only point was we didn't expect to do as many viewings as we did, but as it happened that worked out OK. We had one offer within a week which was amazing, but sadly this was withdrawn 2 weeks later and then we had to wait a few months. Would recommend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Harriet, who was professional and utterly committed to making sure that at every twist and turn I was informed. More importantly i felt supported during the whole process, her care and consideration made a huge difference.
