Faik recently visited my home to perform some follow-up work on my front door, which included painting. His work was not only professional and meticulous, but he also made a point to use high-quality paint that dried quickly, greatly reducing my wait time. Faik's attention to detail and his consideration of my experience as a customer were greatly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with Faik’s professional service and would definitely recommend him.

We had a wonderful after sales experience with Hill.Georgia, our customer relations coordinator, was extremely helpful and responsive. She made sure all our needs were met and played a crucial role in liaising with different people on the team, which definitely made the entire move-in experience a smooth and easy process. Bradley helped fix different minor flaws around our house and carried out handyman jobs (e.g. filling chips and repainting doors, mounting coat hooks, etc.) to make sure my home was in the best condition for my family and I to live in. His craftsmanship and attention detail was incredible.Overall, we had a wonderful after sales experience with Hill. Thank you to the team!

We are continuing to work with Hill on the snags at our property at Capstone Fields. It has been a very smooth journey. Nicole has been very responsive and has sped up the process when needed ensuring nothing seems like too small of a problem to be fixed. Simon the site operative fixing things has been exceptional. He worked really hard and super quick to get everything done before we moved in. He was meticulous and even found a couple more snags to report and fix.

I recently purchased a hill property in January 2024 and I have since had a sewage smell coming from my bathroom (since I’ve moved in) the smell is worse when the weather is bad outside and circulates the entire flat at times. I have reported this so many times and it’s now March and nothing has been done. I have reported this via the housing ombudsman and made formal complaints with the housing association. One plumber came out a few days ago (finally) and stated it was too big of a job for him to do alone. Confirmed there was a draft through the flusher and that there is a smell coming from behind the unit which he couldn’t access. He then left and I heard nothing back. This company needs closing down, they are cowboy builders and if I knew what I knew now I’d have never purchased this property
