TrustpilotBarry Nugent did an outstanding job
Barry Nugent did an outstanding job repainting my ceiling today. He approached the task with great attention to detail, ensuring no corners were cut. Barry meticulously removed the old paint, thoroughly sanded the surface, and applied the new paint with precision. What impressed me the most was his commitment to quality and his willingness to share helpful tips for other repair works around the house. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process.I am extremely satisfied with the results and grateful for Barry’s hard work. Thank you, Barry!

TrustpilotSimon Cowrey
Simon was very understanding when I was late from the school run for our appointment. He filled and painted the wall hole and skirting boards caused by a plumbing leak from the upstairs bathroom. Excellent knowledge and execution as always. Thanks Simon

TrustpilotI find the company very recommendable
I find the company very recommendable. The contractors are always polite and do their jobs without any distractions and whats more they always clean up after completing the job. Michael Perry did the sealing of the bannisters which had cracked from expansion of the house.

TrustpilotNo regard for local residents.
Hill seem to have no regard for people living around their construction sites in Fulbourn, Cambs. No street cleaning around sites and the dust put up by traffic, it was mud everywhere when it was raining, is a health hazard to people walking or cycling especially children going to school. Clean your mess up and become a responsible developer.

Michael Perry has been very reliable so far. He made sure that our door edging was glued in tight. He was considerate to have a mat on the floor for protection as well.Appointment setup was also convenient. And I received a confirmation message and reminders a day before and on the day.

TrustpilotPremium Customer Service
A highly positive customer experience deserving of 5 stars, credited to the team at Hill Rayner’s Green, Fordham and a personal thank you to Maria Gatehouse (Sales Executive). She delivered her role with gold-standard professionalism and complimented it further through her genuine care for our experiences and delivering on her commitments. Maria even went beyond our expectations by continually ensuring momentum remained in the sale/purchase chain. We certainly had a bumpy ride to get to where we now and if Maria was not there to guide us through that journey, we would not be enjoying this beautiful forever-home (or retained our sanity!). Thank you Maria. Hill is lucky to have you.

The balcony sliding door suddenly got stuck and couldn't be closed or opened. I immediately contacted Michael Butterworth. After understanding the details, he quickly reached out to his colleagues, who gave up their break time to come and repair it. With their help, the door was quickly fixed. Thanks to Michael Butterworth, everything was resolved swiftly. I want to express my gratitude once again.

TrustpilotFabulous customer care
Having recently moved into a new Hill home I wanted to give a shout out to our Sales Executive Maria Gatehouse. Fabulous customer care and support from the minute we expressed an interest in the development right though to moving in almost 1 year later. Maria's help and genuine care guiding us through the ups and downs of selling our house and buying our new Hill home was invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you!

TrustpilotThe engineer everyone wants
I received a text message notification from Hill five minutes before my Appointment, letting me know the engineer was almost at my property. Upon arrival, my engineer Simon Cowdrey was very professional and he removed his shoes immediately before entering my property. Simon asked me questions about my property, and proceeded with the repair without delay. He was very professional with regards to his approach and provided me with the details of the team I should contact should I have any further questions. Simon is a model ambassador for your company, and a clear asset to the Hill Group.
