TrustpilotVery friendly
Very friendly, down to earth. Also willing to go the extra mile I had a couple marks and dents on the wall and he filled them in even though he wasn’t here to do them. Couldn’t fault him. I also suffer from anxiety and he didn’t make me nervous at all. Thank you Ben Aken!

TrustpilotThanks to Simon Cowdrey
One of Hill's operatives, Simon Cowdrey, had come to handle quite a few issues at our home just now. Skill-wise, he had done a great job. Issues were well managed with clear explanations. We valued a lot on his clean and tidy work, in particular. Personality-wise, he's very kind and easy-going. We had very comfortable conversations with him, but these didn't stop him from carrying out his great work at our home. On top of the assignments from Hill, Simon also did extra work to help fix a few other issues identified on the spot. We felt very grateful that Simon came and resolved many issues that were difficult to us. Thank you very much! We would like to express our thankfulness to him as soon as we can that we wrote this review once he left our home a few minutes ago. Wish Simon all the best!

TrustpilotProfessional Technicians
We newly move into the house and need help to install a garden gate door lock and a window blind. Hill customer relationship officer understood our needs and arranged two technicians, Mike Lewis and Peter Miller, to come. They are very friendly and professional to complete the installations. Mike also did an extra mile to adjust the oringal gate alignment so that all the gate locks can be properly locked. Thank you so much.

Mike Lewis and Paul Coppen worked in our house for 2 days. They were thorough and serious. They also fixed issues that we didn't report which was really helpful.
