GoogleFantastic team at Laindon. All very friendly and helpful. Calls taken straight away and even if the team is busy a message is taken and someone will call you back ASAP. Paul is a very professional and courteous person helping us get our property on the market, all the team where great with viewings and Corrine was amazing, helping us getting to exchange and complete. GoogleI have bought and sold a property through Hilbery Chaplin. My sale was an extremely difficult case and wouldn't have been possible without the help of Chris and Corrine (and Susanne) at the Laindon office. They were very helpful with the solicitors on both sides. The response to emails and constant communication was very frequent from all staff. Additionally to helping with the sale they also recognised that the buyers and myself were real people and went above and beyond what was expected throughout the sale to ensure that no one was left in a difficult personal situation (i.e. no where to stay for a few days). Finally it was just a pleasure dealing with them everyday. Even thought the sale was stressful it was always an enjoyable conversation when I was called about an update which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and I will miss the contact. Thank you to all at the office.

GoogleI have bought and sold properties with Hilbery Chaplin and found that both sides of the transactions were dealt is a very professional and efficient manner. The staff offered me an excellent service and were courteous and very friendly at all times. I would have no reservation at all in recommending them to anyone who wishes to sell their property or to seek any advice in a potential purchase in area. Keep up the good work ....Mr A. Baker

GoogleThe team were very helpful. Corinne played a great role during the post-sale phase, known as the most challenging duration of the entire process. Her calm and professional approach contributed so much to the process especially when there were challenges. I would give her 10 out of 10 and she is an asset to your company. I would just like to thank your agency for a wonderful job done.

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through Hilbery Chaplin and would advise that we received a high level of service. What was potentially a difficult transaction was handled professional and timely. Good advice was received and we was kept informed regularly of any updates and progress. I have used Hilbery Chaplin on several occasions and they deliver a level of service not usually associated with Estate Agents. Well Done.
