GoogleNot a single viewing in 3 months...... no phone calls. no contact.. terrible really. when i called as a mystery shopper they were very happy to promote all their other properties in Laindon and described mine as "price is dropping as little interest on that one" ... that was it ...

Googledreadful. They sent a letter on behalf of their client and when I raised genuine issues threatened to charge me extra for a response to resolve the matter. They are a no win no fee company and just harrass to get money

GoogleWhilst I wanted to fight these parasites who had been employed by their client, for a disputed property charge of £420 for a clean of a washing machine. Yes a washing machine in property that my girlfriend rented. My girlfriend just paid up and wouldn't allow me.. Which I think was a ridiculous amount to pay.

GoogleBE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THESE SOLICITORS!! they are are cunning, unresponsive to emails and will not accept any responsibility in communicating to you via the simplest form, in order to slap a penalty fine onto you. The person that I dealt with (Dan Thornton) was very rude and arrogant. I would strongly advise you to use another solicitors firm and not SLC Solicitors.

GoogleWe moved house in June and I cannot recommend Hilbery Chaplin highly enough. We have used different agents in the past but our experience with Hilbery Chaplin means we will only be using them in the future. They were professional, informative and very clearly had our interests at heart. We had a very stressful few days trying to exchange and Ellie at Hilbery Chaplin was brilliant, she helped us keep calm during some very tense moments and kept us updated and informed as soon as she had any piece of information, we never had to chase anyone. She really worked in our best interest. We would recommend Hilbery Chaplin to all of our family and friends. Mr and Mrs Betts

GoogleIn March we completed the purchase a property through Hilbery Chaplin in what turned out to be a very long, drawn-out transaction. It would have been easy for us to have become frustrated by the delays & to have walked away but the courteous, open and friendly nature of the team in Hornchurch meant we persevered. Many agents who are just chasing a fee would have given up on the transaction. To their credit, Andy and his team did not. They did an excellent job for their client, the vendor, and we will happily use their services if we are in the position to do so in future.
