GoogleI have been using Hilbery Chaplin to let my property now for around 16 years. Through out that time I have found them to be professional, efficient and personable. Most importantly they listen to the client needs and don't try to push you. Highly recommend them.

GoogleMade to wait an hour for a house that was already sold, which we only found out after calling them despite getting an email confirmation the day before. Giving 1 star for the lady on the phone who was actually understanding and made the effort to explain why, unlike the person who booked us in.

GoogleLiars. Awful service. Had no intention of letting out any property to us. Maybe because of our background. John Waller constantly lied about the refurbishment of shops hence why we weren’t able to rent any shop yet space is still exactly the same.

We no longer deal with the parade in question, however the timeframes of the proposed refurbishment / regeneration have also changed a number of times recently. GoogleWe have used Hilbery Chaplin in Laindon a total of 3 times in the last 25 years or so and each time they have been exceptional. The staff are friendly and polite and really do go above and beyond. They were really understanding and helpful during a difficult and stressful time for us and completed our sale with the minimum of fuss. Every query and question we had was swiftly and professionally answered by Paul,Saskia, Karen & Valerie.. We would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality moving service. GoogleI was very happy with signable, staff also friendly and helpful, however i had an issue with fields disappearing when received (potentially serious) apparently it is necessary to flatten the PDF before sending … i changed to Docusign and have had no issues so far
