GoogleI just completed my sale of my flat in Laindon. I had several estate agents visit myself to give me quotes, from those I got exactly the same price quoted, I chose Hilbery even though they were not the cheapest, I chose them because I liked Paul, and I thought he would work the best for me. It turned out I was absolutely correct in my choices, I sold my place on the second viewing, at the price I wanted, many thanks Paul and all the team at the office. John Gauld

GoogleThank you so much to Paul and his team at Laindon. We were so impressed after being very disappointed with the first estate agents we used. The quality of the work from the description of our property through to the photos were outstanding and you could clearly see from the very beginning of meeting Paul how dedicated he was to his job and doing his very best to sell our property, which was achieved within 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend again, and have done since the sale of our property.

GoogleThe letting station is the best when it comes to renting. Sean was super helpful all the way. I love how he was very considerate of the needs of my children. He was swift while being thorough at the same time, never complained about my many calls, and answered all quesions and calls with a smile and eagerness to help. His colleagues were also helpful with information. I felt at home in their office before Sean gave me the keys to my own home. Thank you Sean and team! You are the real MVP!
