GoogleWe had a really lovely experience with Chanea, who showed my husband and me a property in Manchester. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. She was very responsive, kept us informed throughout, and always communicated promptly and clearly. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how kind and approachable she was. She made the whole viewing experience relaxed and enjoyable, and we felt that she genuinely cared about helping us. Thank you, Chanea, for your time and for making the experience such a positive one. Sheβs so responsible, professional and pleasant to deal with, and you can really tell that she cares about doing a good job. Sheβs always helpful, responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of properly. What I really appreciate is her attitude and manner; sheβs genuinely lovely to deal with and always does her very best to help. Itβs not often you come across someone who is this committed and takes such pride in their work.

We are sorry that you feel you had a poor experience, our team are required to request proof of funds/lending criteria in advance of some viewings due to specific requirements and EWS1 restrictions for certain developments.
