GoogleHad a little over a week to find a place before coming across one managed by Henry Wiltshire. Savannah and the staff were extremely helpful and resourceful moving things along to ensure I managed to move in on time. Upon moving in, the previous tenant had caused a lot of hidden damage which the property management team has done a great job fixing and/or replacing the items. Couldn't ask for more.

GoogleMe and my partner were looking for a flat for almost 2 months. Couldn't find the right one. No-one were accepting us,they were saying that our income wasn't enough or flats which weren't of our preferences. We're struggling and wasting our time until we found Henry Wiltshire. They were helpful, helped us with the paperwork, everyone was nice and kind especially Savanah,on the moving day we arrived 2 hours before the arranged time and she ran and brought the keys to us,she's always nice and eager to help.We really enjoy the flat and will recommend Henry Wiltshire to everyone.

GoogleWhen we moved to the UK from Sri Lanka back in 2022, we were fortunate to be introduced to Micheal from the Henry Wiltshire lettings team. Micheal showed us a property that wasn’t yet listed on the market, and he was absolutely right that we would love it. From that very first viewing through to the renting process, and during the three and a half years we lived in the property, the entire Henry Wiltshire team was amazing. The property management team, in particular, was always responsive and helpful, promptly attending to any queries or issues and making our stay a truly pleasant one. When it came time to move out, I had often heard that this is when problems usually start. But with Henry Wiltshire, there were none. They were clear, professional, and transparent about the entire process, which made things easy and stress-free for both parties. Having viewed other properties in the area and spoken to friends about their experiences with different agents, I can confidently say that with Henry Wiltshire, all you need to decide is whether you like the property, because you can rest assured the agents are excellent. Highly recommended!

After my arrival, we had a few minor issues with deposit payments, but thanks to her professionalism and prompt support, everything was resolved smoothly. GoogleI have nothing but praise for Henry Wiltshire as an Estate Agency. I found their staff helpful and responsive over an 18 month period ending in July 2025. My sole concern (and this blighted our tenancy) was the long period over which our building was covered by scaffolding. I don’t know whether the letting agent was aware of this fact when we took on the lease. If not I can only suggest that letting agents notify tenants that it is their responsibility to contact the council for remedial schedules. The scaffolding started after our lease began… Sadly the scaffold created a lack of light and the builder’s noise and dirt were unavoidable. We had mice for some time as a result. Our neighbour moved out when his ceiling collapsed, sounds dramatic but it happened. I had also not realised the building was an Air’n’B fixture, this meant we had many random visitors. Overall therefore I can’t recommend the building as a good spot of families despite being so close to Holland Park and Hyde Park. I recognise that letting agents can only act as the landlord instructs them. In this context four stars feels justifiable as we would not have rented this apartment had we known it was an Air’n’B site with ongoing remedial issues.
