GoogleI have nothing but praise for Henry Wiltshire as an Estate Agency.
I found their staff helpful and responsive over an 18 month period ending in July 2025.
My sole concern (and this blighted our tenancy) was the long period over which our building was covered by scaffolding.
I don’t know whether the letting agent was aware of this fact when we took on the lease. If not I can only suggest that letting agents notify tenants that it is their responsibility to contact the council for remedial schedules. The scaffolding started after our lease began…
Sadly the scaffold created a lack of light and the builder’s noise and dirt were unavoidable. We had mice for some time as a result. Our neighbour moved out when his ceiling collapsed, sounds dramatic but it happened.
I had also not realised the building was an Air’n’B fixture, this meant we had many random visitors.
Overall therefore I can’t recommend the building as a good spot of families despite being so close to Holland Park and Hyde Park.
I recognise that letting agents can only act as the landlord instructs them.
In this context four stars feels justifiable as we would not have rented this apartment had we known it was an Air’n’B site with ongoing remedial issues.

GoogleNuvin is a sensational agent, I ask him for quick a move-in and he delivered. Whilst maintaining great professionalism Nuvin had a very human and down to earth nature. I would go to Nuvin at Henry Wiltshire first, or at the very least for a comparison in service. Callum from the branch was very helpful too. We had a flood in my mother's apartment out of office hours and Kelly returned my calls straight away provided me with constant updates and had somebody in, the next day to clean up the water and mess. GoogleThis is the worst real estate agency I've had to deal with. They are very unprofessional. Both moving in and moving out has been a nightmare with them. I would say avoid leasing through them!
1. Moving in was a nightmare. The house was not cleaned properly and we had to wait for 2 hours to get the keys to the property. The agents didn't share the signed contract with us on time.
2. The agent/landlord didn't inform us about cladding and construction work will be going on for next 10 months before we renewed our contract just before the work started. When we complained about the noise (it is impossible to work from home), they failed to resolve it cordially and instead gave us 2 months notice. Now we need to pay full rent, while we live in constant drilling/machine noise and also look for an alternate option.
Update: 24/11/2021
I just got an email from the Director threatening to give us a bad reference. Instead of trying to solve this, they are asking us to remove our honest feedback.
"You will probably require a reference from us when you leave for your next tenancy and I would not provide a poor reference based upon third party issues which were not within your control so I would hope that you would offer us the same regard and remove the poor review as it is unfair and inaccurate."

Good Afternoon Saloni, I am sorry that you feel it is necessary to leave this poor review. I understand that you are disgruntled because of the current dispute you have with your landlord however we can only act upon our landlord's instructions. We have always responded to you promptly and dealt with any issues that you have raised. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service and this is reflected in our 5 star reviews, I believe your issues are with the landlord rather than us but I am sorry that you are unhappy.
Updated response to your points:
1) The landlord arranged the professional cleaning for the start of tenancy however when you requested further cleaning we arranged it for you. The tenancy agreement was provided to you for signature and signed in advance of the start date, I fail to see how that is not on time.
2. As explained to you previously, you were informed as soon as we were made aware of the work for the cladding issues. You requested a 45% reduction in rent and the landlord refused and asked us to serve notice for possession in accordance with the tenancy agreement. As I have explained, we are required to act upon the landlord's instructions.
3) The email I sent was not a threat that I would give a bad reference at all, on the contrary it was simply a request for you to offer us the same regard that we do you when providing references and ensure that they are accurate and fair.
I understand your frustration however I believe that you are blaming us for your issues with the landlord.

I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, integrity and hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone considering both buying or selling a property.
In particular, they were both always contactable and very prompt to reply whenever I got in touch; they were also very proactive, regularly reaching out to the buyer and our solicitors to ensure the process was pushed forward quickly; and they also stuck to their word - if they said they would do something it got done, and they were very transparent in how they operated.
