I have been renting an apartment from Henry Wiltshire for approx 18 months now and I am very pleased to report that their quality of property is second to none. My wife and I have never experienced any problems with the apartment such as plumbing, heating or electricals. I believe that if there was a problem associated with the above list, that Henry Wiltshire provide an extremely efficient and quick maintenance service, obviously I haven't experienced this service but I have been recommended by local tenants who have delt with Henry Wiltshire in the past. If there was anyone who was looking for a property in canary wharf its inevitable to deal with Henry Wiltshire.

When we needed help to repair the broken fridge or help with a window that was not closing correctly, Henry Wiltshire's team responded the same day with no hassle at all. Rubbish. Don’t waste your time with them. 2-3 weeks ago we wanted rent one of their property (in royal docks) whenever we call they didn’t pick up, there was someone we had viewing for that flat, he’s name is Daniel, whenever we call him, make offers, send emails, ask for update we barely got answer from him. Terrible customer satisfaction. Definitely I don’t recommend it, wasting time

absolutely appalling service, the staff have been rude and have taken every opportunity to take money off us at every stage. Throughout our tenancy with them they have ignored frequent requests to fix boilers, broken sinks and heating that failed in our house. In addition to this they then added on additional agency fees when we left the property. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Never ever let them manage your property. They use the GBP250 threshold to charge you on random items without informing you in the first place. They quoted GBP 150 to replace a mattress, but charged me GBP 200 to deliver and remove the mattress afterward without informing me in the first place.
