GoogleHello This is the best agency I have ever grown through, the constant support from Michael have got us the new flat very soon. Just within 4 days all the verification have been done and we moved to new brand flat within 6 days without any hassle. GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Michael Heath at Henry Wiltshire. He looked after my property advertising and found me a fantastic tenant after the previous agent I had was useless. I could not recommend him enough. This agent goes the extra mile and even after the tenant moved in the after sales service was simply brilliant with Durga providing me with everything I needed. GoogleCalled them for property , the guy jason , asked me how many people i said four , they straight way said not interested, did not even show interest or gave me chnace to ask him if they have something different check if they have something for four people , he talked with no manner , i wish I could give them negative stars

Unfortunately, there are licencing restrictions for sharers and some properties are not suitable for 4 sharers as they are not licenced. GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. One of the agents provided very poor service; he was not nice at all, sounded depressed, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I called back, I ended up speaking with the owner, who constantly talked over me.

The agent handling my case, Jason, was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to explaining the finer details, responding to emails, and guiding me through the referencing process, agreement signing, and check-in, Jason's professionalism and timely responses to any requests or queries I had were exemplary. Another colleague, Sam, deserves a special mention for his supportive and attentive approach when I contacted the office. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for the Henry Wiltshire team. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and would gladly rate it 10 out of 10 if the scoring system allowed, but since it doesn't, they definitely deserve a 5 out of 5! I highly recommend Henry Wiltshire for anyone in search of an apartment.
