I was struggling to get any interest in my property and after 4 weeks swapped to Henry Wiltshire dealing with Adam Dockley. Not only is he a really nice guy but he was efficient and kept me up to date at all times. He managed to sell the property in 2 weeks for a great price.

GoogleI recently completed a sale of my flat in New Providence Wharf with Henry Wiltshire, and worked with Adam Dockley and Adam Tahir. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, integrity and hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone considering both buying or selling a property. In particular, they were both always contactable and very prompt to reply whenever I got in touch; they were also very proactive, regularly reaching out to the buyer and our solicitors to ensure the process was pushed forward quickly; and they also stuck to their word - if they said they would do something it got done, and they were very transparent in how they operated. Very Strong Recommendation.

I found Adam to be excellent at his job and showed great drive to get the sale through to exchange no matter what he was up against. We recently dealt with Adam Dockley in relation to the purchase of our flat in Arnhem Wharf in the Isle of Dogs. Throughout the whole process he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The transaction was not always straightforward on the legal side of things but Adam was extremely responsive, pro-active and continually assisted us in overcoming the hurdles along the way. Googleabsolutely appalling service, the staff have been rude and have taken every opportunity to take money off us at every stage. Throughout our tenancy with them they have ignored frequent requests to fix boilers, broken sinks and heating that failed in our house. In addition to this they then added on additional agency fees when we left the property. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

GoogleI find Henry Wiltshire's ("HW") services professional, efficient and compassionate. Yes, compassionate in particular the help of Patrick Tracey. HW can let out my apartment at Canary Wharf swiftly and there were almost no gaps even with change of tenants. Their records are timely and well organised and they go all the way to liaise with the property management and other utilities companies to sort things out. Last but not the least, Patrick has been instrumental in the transfer of my deceased husband's property into my name, while upholding his professional services in the meantime. A Big Thanks to You Patrick and Your Team in HW!!!

GoogleHenry Wiltshire [HW] has provided excellent services to me for many years now. The monthly statement is always on time and they respond to my query immediately. Most importantly, their fees are very reasonable. I have recently also appointed HW to sell one other property which I own in UK. This is preference for HW over the other Property Agent which I purchased this property from. This is testimony to my appreciation for their service standard.
