GoogleRenting a flat through Hawkesford since October Very impressed with whole process of renting from the initial viewing , the application process and getting the keys Professional and friendly to deal with. Excellent communication and any issues dealt with very promptly which is a very important detail when renting. Very much recommended!!

GoogleSelling a 1 bed flat with vacant possession, no chain and a reasonable price - what could be simpler? However the sale was hit by multiple offers that subsequently fell through. Hawkesford always stayed positive along the way with good advice and excellent communication. Their staff showed great understanding in dealing with the setbacks, finally getting the sale completed. Well done to Hawkesford.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give such a lovely review. Hope all goes well - James

GoogleA great local agency who are friendly, professional and know their market well. We've had a few bumps along the way with our house sale; however, Hawkesford has not been a problematic element and the team in Southam worked very hard to sort issues out, often being very patient with ever changing circumstances and less than professional behaviour from other parties, keeping their cool and focusing on selling our house. I would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleExcellent agency! Since first viewing the property they have been professional and friendly to deal with. Any issues that have occurred with my rental they Hawkesford have been on the case, sending people over for inspections and quick to answer any emails I send. Daniel and Christine and been particularly great to deal with, cannot recommend them enough!
Thank you Tara, we are so glad we were able to find you a home. Team Hawkesford.

GoogleAfter dealing with Darren to rent a house last year, he will now always be my go to. He was the only person who was honest, upfront and actually made things happen as he promised.

GoogleIf obnoxious estate agents are your cup of tea then go to Darren. If like me you want an agent with some credibility then I’d avoid this 80’s car sales man. The choice is yours….
Hi Peter, I don’t understand your review as we’ve never spoken or had any dealings in business. I wish you all the best, Happy New Year to you.

GoogleDarren helped sell our home nearly 6 years ago. Not only that, he also mediated the sale of our new home and every step of the way he was communicative, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Next time we are in a position to sell or buy I would not hesitate in asking Darren to handle it all again. Totally recommend.
Thank you so much Anna. Really appreciate your kind words 🙏🏻💙 …

GoogleDarren takes a personal pride in his job and understands what’s needed to stand out in the market. Personally when it came to selling my property with Darren it was a very quick smooth process. Pre-marketing to get interest, great photos, appointments on the day of listing and offers 12 hours later, even challenging the chancers. Could not be more happy with how it went. Thanks again Darren
Thanks Ben, you’ve been a great client. Only just seen this. Hope you and the family are well. Darren

GoogleDarren is a fantastic person to deal with when it comes to property management. He has an in depth knowledge of Lincoln and the surrounding areas, is very friendly and approachable and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services, regardless of the size of property you want to sell.

GoogleFrom the very start, Darren was super responsive. We sold our house with Darren the very day it went on the market due to his diligence and superb marketing. Nothing was ever too much. All this was conducted from the overseas with a large time difference. Darren would respond promptly at awkward times of the day and night to accommodate us. His after sales progression team were similarly brilliant. Truly above and beyond and we will be using his services again with certainty.
Thanks Ben. Really lovely comments from a great client 😊🏡🙏🏻 …

GoogleDarren is excellent at what he does and what makes him stand out is the personal approach he brings. We knew he had our back and would bend over backwards to help sell our property, achieving full asking price. Couldn't recommend him enough - outstanding.
Thanks Peter, you’ve been the best clients. I’ve loved selling your beautiful family home and I know your buyers can’t wait to start the next phase of their lives there. Thank you again for entrusting me with your sale. Darren

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with Ali and her team at Hawkesford Warwick .We didn't have the smoothest of chains due to other parties involved but Hawkesford were efficient and supportive throughout. Communication, which we all know is key, was superb, as was the effort to make sure we completed on the day we needed to.I cannot recommend Ali and her team enough .
