GoogleSuperb service. I commissioned Hawkesford to sell my tenanted property. The advice recieved, how they liased with the letting teams to arrange viewings and the follow through with the sale was absolutely seamless. I would defintely recommend them.

GoogleAli was a pleasure to deal with, I had more communication with her than my solicitor and estate agents (who I was paying) when I completed my purchase. I would use Hawkesford for any future house sale.

GoogleHad a viewing scheduled for 5pm today, confirmed 3 times. As of 5.30 today I'm still standing in front of the property, no sign of the agent. I called twice since, being assured they're on their way. The office is now closed and I'm left with no contact.

GoogleWe have rented a house from Hawkesford for the last two years and they have been really helpful. They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

GoogleRory and his team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept us informed, and were consistently proactive despite a very difficult chain. I’m not sure our purchase would have happened without their hard work.

GoogleRory and Hermione at Hawkesford were fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Communication was always easy and they treated our smallest concerns and questions respectfully and thoughtfully. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you both!

GoogleWe have had great experiences selling properties with Hawkesford. Rory goes above and beyond to ensure that the sale is on track and we as the sellers are kept up to date with progress. We would highly recommend them as an estate agent as you get fantastic service from a great team.

GoogleWhy would an estate agent who has never used your services want you to sign up to paying them money to get an ad in their glossy brochure. Money?

TrustpilotJoanne at Hawkesford Southam
Joanne at Hawkesford Southam, Warks looked after us perfectly during our search for a local property. Her tireless efforts, clear communication and attention to detail was just what we needed during a stressful sale & purchase process and we'd recommend and use her on any future property matters. Thanks Joanne...got there in the end!!

GoogleHuge thanks to Joanne Hawkesford and all the team at Hawkesford Estate Agents for a superlative letting service during the two years my husband and I were tenants in one of the larger properties you manage. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you all. All repair issues were dealt with speedily and efficiently, and we felt very taken care of. Towards the end of our tenancy, we especially appreciated Joanne sharing her recommendations for an excellent mortgage advisor (Jack Bewick of Leam Financial Services) and conveyancing solicitor (Sarah Workman of Thomas Flavell & Sons), which made the move to buying a home of our own very much easier.

GoogleI've been really impressed with the way Darren has dealt with our property transaction and his overall quality of service and communication throughout (and I'm rarely impressed these days!). Many thanks and suffice to say if I need any further assistance with sales or letting of our other properties in the future then Darren will be our first port of call. Many thanks once again and best wishes for your future career!
Thanks Robin, Really appreciate your kind words. You’ve been amazing clients and I’ve loved acting for you both. Best wishes, Darren and the team ⭐️🏡🎉 …

GoogleDarren was fantastic in helping us find our new home. His videos are brilliant. He is so enthusiastic about his properties. He is genuine, honest and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It doesn’t end with the sale of the property, he reassures you that even after you’ve purchased the property, he will still be there if you need anything. It’s like, not only have you found a house, but a friend too. :-)
Thanks so much Lisa, what a lovely review to wake up to. It has been an absolute pleasure to help you find your perfect place. Hope you make great memories there. Darren :)

GoogleI can't express enough how amazing Hawkesford estates agent have been. We purchased a property they were marketing, they kept us up to date throughout and each time we phoned they always gave us the time of day and got back to us with any information requested. Ali in particular who was dealing with our case was so helpful and supportive throughout and when we went to pick up the keys it was lovely to finally meet her and the rest of the team who greeted us with a friendly smile. We have dealt with a few estate agents over the years and I have to say Ali and the team have been second to none and I would certainly recommend using them to sell or purchase a property :)

GoogleCould not recommend Ali from Hawkesford enough! Moving house is stressful and it’s made even worse by people not getting back to you; Ali always returned our calls/emails quickly and we always felt as though she was doing everything she could to help us. It was a very long process from start to finish and Ali was patient and supportive throughout. She seemed genuinely happy for us when we completed and we felt like valued customers. Thank you, Ali!
