GoogleI wish there were more stars to put! What can I say! Ali and Jo were amazing all the way of the purchase! They gave us peace of mind and confidence through the whole sale. They were so quick to respond with a firm answer and that is something we ve not seen before in an estate agency! Whole sale took 3.5 months and in a big percentage that is cause of them! I have received excellent service from Frank Venton l have just sold my house on Alderney and the service has been faultless Frank has kept me informed at all times He has gone above and beyond from meeting and arranging for a surveyor from Guernsey to access a difficult land issue .He met the prospective buyer from the aeroplane. The whole selling progress went to plan the paperwork was on time fully explained completion on time money arrived on time A rare estate agency indeed l cannot recommend Frank and Hawkesford highly enough.

We purchased a property they were marketing, they kept us up to date throughout and each time we phoned they always gave us the time of day and got back to us with any information requested. Ali in particular who was dealing with our case was so helpful and supportive throughout and when we went to pick up the keys it was lovely to finally meet her and the rest of the team who greeted us with a friendly smile. We have dealt with a few estate agents over the years and I have to say Ali and the team have been second to none and I would certainly recommend using them to sell or purchase a property :)

Moving house is stressful and it’s made even worse by people not getting back to you; Ali always returned our calls/emails quickly and we always felt as though she was doing everything she could to help us. It was a very long process from start to finish and Ali was patient and supportive throughout. She seemed genuinely happy for us when we completed and we felt like valued customers. Thank you, Ali!

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with Ali and her team at Hawkesford Warwick .We didn't have the smoothest of chains due to other parties involved but Hawkesford were efficient and supportive throughout. Communication, which we all know is key, was superb, as was the effort to make sure we completed on the day we needed to.I cannot recommend Ali and her team enough .

We cannot speak highly enough of Hawkesford and in particular Rory who persevered over 7 months to secure a completion date and liaise with our vendors. He kept in contact, was dependable and reported back in a diligent manor.

GoogleFantastic Friendly and Fair We recently bought a house through Ali at Hawkesfords and I would like to say what amazing customer experience we had. Ali goes above and beyond and is surrounded by like minded staff in Sylvie and Meredith. During difficult times she worked to find the best solutions for her clients and us as buyers. Always friendly and positive we truly enjoyed the assistance we received. Would definitely recommend these agents.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Regularly allows contractors into home without giving any kind of notice, valuables have been stolen by "trustworthy" contractors (even if we can't prove this we know when the items went missing). On report on valuables being taken, the agency couldn't have cared less. No apology was given, merely comments such as "are you sure your item isn't just lost, and we know and trust our contractors" Terrible customer service even before this incident, they are completely incompetent and unable to organize themselves let alone essential works.

FacebookAwful, rude and insulting. Started off by insulting all other estate agents, they couldn't believe an Open Day would only get 4 viewings and 25 viewings in 6 weeks. So we changed to Hawkesford, dropped the price, and got zero viewings on their Open Day and zero viewings in 6 weeks. Its been over 2 weeks since they've contacted us with an update and when I said that wasn't good enough they just removed our property from the market, just like that, no notice, nothing. I would thoroughly not recommend them.

GoogleSuperb service. I commissioned Hawkesford to sell my tenanted property. The advice recieved, how they liased with the letting teams to arrange viewings and the follow through with the sale was absolutely seamless. I would defintely recommend them.
