GoogleWe are very pleased with the professionalism of the Hawkesford team. They manage a numbere of Lettings on our behalf but also help to get the property prepared ready for rental. In particular, Pauline, Luke and Christine have always provided amazing support to us as Landlords BUT also most importantly to the tenants.

GoogleAwful service, awful professionals. The team is lazy, they never replies to emails and barely to phone calls, they don't care about your stay. They just pay attention to you if you are late in your payment.

We cannot speak highly enough of Hawkesford and in particular Rory who persevered over 7 months to secure a completion date and liaise with our vendors. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Regularly allows contractors into home without giving any kind of notice, valuables have been stolen by "trustworthy" contractors (even if we can't prove this we know when the items went missing). On report on valuables being taken, the agency couldn't have cared less. No apology was given, merely comments such as "are you sure your item isn't just lost, and we know and trust our contractors" Terrible customer service even before this incident, they are completely incompetent and unable to organize themselves let alone essential works.

Our Estate Agent, Michelle, was so communicative, very swift to act on recommendations or problems with the property we made, and was a delight to know during our time with Hawkesford. Michelle was brilliant at acting on problems from our end, and getting in touch when builders/repair guys were available to fix up the property. It has been a delight to work with Michelle and the Hawkesford team. Highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have been renting through Hawkesford for over a year now and are very happy with the service they provide. The fees they charge for referencing etc. are very reasonable and the contractors they use to look after the property are very good. Whenever we have a problem, they are quick to get it resolved and we're almost always happy with the result. I'd recommend them to any one that was looking to rent in this area.

FacebookAwful, rude and insulting. Started off by insulting all other estate agents, they couldn't believe an Open Day would only get 4 viewings and 25 viewings in 6 weeks. So we changed to Hawkesford, dropped the price, and got zero viewings on their Open Day and zero viewings in 6 weeks. Its been over 2 weeks since they've contacted us with an update and when I said that wasn't good enough they just removed our property from the market, just like that, no notice, nothing. I would thoroughly not recommend them.

GoogleVery pleased with the service. Michelle is very on the ball, she found us some lovely tenants, answers queries very promptly and deals with any repair issues very quickly. Nothing is too much trouble and I would definitely use Hawkesford in the future.
