Having looked at many places to buy over the last few months from numerous Estate Agents I found Hawes & Co in Thames Ditton the most friendly and informative of them all. They sent me information on my specific needs rather than bombarding me with everything on their books.When I did view some properties Nicky was most helpful, very knowledgeable of the local area, professional and well informed about the property itself, something lacking with others. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicky and her team for a very professional and dedicated service, looking forward to a second viewing of a property that I like.

It has been a pleasure to have been working with Hawes and Co for my first house purchase. Going through the process of buying a house can be quite daunting and Hawes and Co has made the whole process very easy for me. Their service at the Thames Ditton office was exceptional and always felt they were trying to help with getting all the parties involved in the sale to be proactive. Nicky Ashworth was always available to discuss the progress of the sale as this particular house had a few difficulties.I could not thank Nicky and her team more for all the help and guidance I have received from them during the sale.

I was selling my house as attorney for my father - more difficult than selling my own house. I saw several Agents but I selected Sam Lloyd of Hawes because he had a very good knowledge of the local market, a very open and trustworthy style, was genuinely keen to help and I felt understood my issues. The experience has been excellent. Sam and his team kept me informed throughout, provided a great deal more than a sales service (useful to me as I live 1.5 hours from the house sold), obtained a fair price and project managed the chain. They even read the meters on the day of completion!If you are selling in the New Malden area, Sam Lloyd of Hawes should be high on your list of agents to consider.

Fantastic service, thats carried on even when you go into the agencie and meet everyone very friendly and ready to help! Renting right now but when i'm ready to buy theres no doubt in my mind hawes and co is the first place im going. Best looking properties on the market aswell!
