GooglePaul was great from the start. He impressed us when he came to value the house, giving good, thoughtful advice on priorities in terms of prepping the house for sale. He also pitched the valuation as a sensible point to maximize our profit, without being unrealistic. During the sale process he kept us informed and advised us well. He also worked hard in chasing down sales leads. We saw 6 estate agents from various companies, and we defiantly made the right call in engaging him.

As with all property selling in the UK, the time between accepting an offer and completion is very stressful. Sam and Sarah have "been there and done that" thus they maintained calm control of the process even were we were expecting everything and anything to go wrong. They pitched the price right and we had three offers above our initial expectations to choose from within 2 weeks. Thank you from our new house in Malvern!

Excellent Estate agent. Over the past 20 years I have used numerous estate agents in my profession of managing properties and I can truly say that I am impressed with Hawes & Co and their lettings team, especially the manager Toby. They are most professional and genuinely seem to care about their clients and matching the right property with the right tenants, rather than the money.If you have had enough of agents that just push and push and give you the hard sell then this is the agent you should be trying out. It is most refreshing to get good service with no hidden agenda.

We obviously didn't choose them - the sellers did - but we're glad they did. Everyone we dealt with in the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and they clearly worked hard to manage expectations on both sides and get the result everyone was looking for. Greg's approach was noticeably different to other agents who had contributed to our decision to walk away from several other properties. No pressure tactics, no mind games, he just got on with the business of facilitating the negotiations, keeping everyone informed and keeping everything on track. We have no hesitation in recommending Greg and his team and will be using them when it's time to make the next move.

We bought a house through Hawes & Co over the summer. There a were a number of complications with the purchase (mainly wrangling over completion dates with the vendor) but Simon was excellent throughout. We felt he was pretty upfront in general, and his communication with us was clear and prompt. Although he was clearly engaged by the vendor, we found that he was still fair and reasonable to us as the buyer. A very pleasant and personable guy - we would go back go them again were we to sell.

We Just bought a property through Hawes & Co. and have dealt extensively with Sam & Sarah who we found to have the right aptitude and business acumen to deal with one of the most challenging circumstances. Not much can else be said but despite the not so savoury reputation haunt Estate agents. Haws & Co. have proven to be one of the most professional firm I have dealt with over a period spanning over 20 years in investing in the property market. We were very happy with our experience selling with Hawes & Co. Greg and Sam in particular were a pleasure to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. It was refreshing to deal with an Estate Agent who was honest and frank with us - this made a great difference in comparison to others we were also dealing with at the time. If I was still in the area and needed to buy/sell again, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

My wife and I were first time home buyers even though we were both in our 40's. The house was a huge investment for us and we had spent quite a long time waiting for the right house to come on the market. Hawes & Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful and made the whole process smooth, easy and pleasant and we even managed to complete the whole deal in just under 1 month, which I have been told is unheard of. They're a great firm and our main point of contact Greg McHugh, was an absolute star throughout the whole process.
