Sarah and Dovy at Hawes in Surbiton were nothing but helpful in our purchase of a fantastic property. I cannot praise Michael Gibson of Hawes and Co Surbiton highly enough. My elderly parents wished to buy a flat to move from their home of 58 years . Michael was sensitive to their needs and to their emotions in what was for them a massive step and upheaval. He facilitated their viewings and extra viewings to make the whole experience easily bearable for them . There were many hurdles that they overcame in this house move all of which they were guided through in a gentle , kind yet incredibly efficient manner. Thankyou Michael

Just sold flat (probate sale) through Hawes & Co Raynes Park and I have no hesitation in recommending Damian Anderson and Jay Collins and the rest of the team. Awful company with the most rude and incompetent staff. They were so unhelpful with our property, rarely responded to emails and would never answer questions or concerns and ignore important issues! Unprofessional and there’s a reason they only have a handful of branches! They will work with the worst landlords, and vendors and have no morals, empathy or even an ounce of humanity. Worst experience, recommend using anyone BUT Hawes & Co!

I have just sold our house through Hawes & Co Raynes Park and I have no hesitation in recommending Damian Anderson in particular, but also John Cooper and Jay. The house went to market in early April as Covid kicked off and it was not a straightforward process due to a convoluted dispute with a "hostile" family member and frustrations with regards to the conveyancing. Despite the complications, communication with Damian and other staff was excellent and I was confident that messages were being relayed accurately and in a timely manner.
