GoogleMy wife and i veiwed a property in Surbiton back in early summer which ticked alot of our boxes. The viewing was with Sarah of Hawes & Co who we found to be straightforwards,and extremely efficent, so much so that in listing our property to secure this next house, we instructed Sarah and her team. The listing was live within days and we had a very healthy flow of quality viewings, leading to several offers, close to asking price. Sarah guided us through to accepting the right offer for us as well as negotiating the purchase of the next house. GoogleThe process started nice and smoothly and Michael at Surbiton branch was a great help to us providing us with plenty of viewing options. Once we finally found our new property, things got a little more difficult but through absolutely no fault of Michael and Hawes and Co. GoogleWe can't praise Paul Mannell & the team at the Wimbledon Broadway branch enough. We had Paul round for an initial valuation and he was by far the best agent we had out of the 10 different ones we tested with. However we received and accepted an offer through a different agent which was too good to pass up and sadly we experienced the worst handling and buyer possible with that agent. After a very frustrating 15 weeks we walked away from that agent, our sale and annoyingly our purchase. We immediately listed with Paul and saw first hand the people skills he had and refreshing approach and within 8 days of instruction we had 10 different viewings and offer accepted with a much better buyer at a great price with Paul even managing to save our purchase. 11 weeks (over the xmas period) later and we'd completed and moved into our new home which we also bought through Paul and team. There's no doubt that Paul will be our agent in future.

GoogleI throughly recommend Hawes and Co estate agents. They were superb and looked after us throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Misha provided us with an outstanding service! He saw our case from start to finish and was constantly on both our solicitors back and the sellers solicitors back. Misha’s communication was superb, he was always updating us with progress even when he was on holiday abroad, he was also more than happy to stay at the office late when it helped us. Misha was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we successfully exchanged and completed without any issues. I would thoroughly recommend this estate agents and Misha!
