We sold our flat through Haws & Co Surbiton and I would highly recommend them. Our flat was shown to prospective purchasers by Dovy who was the perfect viewings agent and he gave us excellent communication and feedback throughout.Sarah Walker co-ordinated the sale right up to the very end. She was also excellent and dealt with complexed situations regarding enquires related to the lease. Sarah used her wealth of experience and problem-solving skills to drive the sale over the line. She was particularly helpful and understanding and kept us well informed at all times.The whole team from start to finish were professional, friendly, courteous and communicative.

We completed on the purchase of our property 2 weeks ago. Marcus, was the one involved from start for our hunt for a new home. He is a kind and supportive gentleman, always made sure our queries were forwarded to the seller when needed, answered our questions and kept us informed about the process. He guided us through the process with knowledge and proactive approach. Mariana helped too with some queries.The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is because on the day of completion, Marcus was away and there was a breakdown of communication for arranging the collection of our key. We had a call from our solicitor at 1 pm to inform us that the completion has gone through and we can collect the key from the estate agent. We waited for almost 2hrs for a call from Hawes & Co to come through, we thought we need to give some time in between. This call never came through so we called Hawes and co. and were told that the key is ready to be collected for the past few hours. It's a shame that this happened at the last minute as it could have been a happy ending - rather than ending with some frustration and anxiety.Regardless, we got our key and would recommend Hawes & Co , Marcus, he'll be more than happy to help and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

We chose Hawes & Co after putting our House up for sale last year.Michael Gibson came to sell their company to us and we were very impressed!After haggling with the percentage rate, we agreed and were delighted with the response we got, we actually sold the house almost immediately, but through no fault of theirs or ourselves, It fell through but immediately was put back on sale and once again we were amazed when we had three Viewings the day after!We were then passed over to Liana Cornock Who worked tirelessly on our behalf to secure the sale which finally exchanged just yesterday.We found the whole experience with Hawes & Co very professional and light-hearted also, able to talk to them as if we’d known them for years!I definitely would have no hesitation in recommending Hawes and Co to anyone interested in selling their house.Many thanks Liana, Michael & the team at Hawes & Co

We bought our last do'er upper from Marcus so it was a great coincidence to see him at the viewing of our soon to be next house. We have ended up with a gem of a house, marketed at a sensible price. Marcus was great at forwarding our correspondence to the seller, arranging extra viewings, answering our Qs and kept communication going through the process. Very smooth transaction. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because when we phoned to get our then current house valuated (back in Sept 2020) whomever answered told us we 'd have to wait two weeks which was a shame.

We used Hawes & Co for our recent sale in Merton Park after having used them 9 years ago for both our sale and purchase in Wimbledon. It was reassuring that Marcus, who had looked after us 9 years ago, was still there and arrived on our doorstep to give us a valuation. 9 years on we got the same professional, friendly service. Our only regret is that having now moved out of the area we won't be able to use them again.

Damian has been a fantastic help to us in buying our first home. He has diligently followed up with the other agents in the chain and with the sellers to keep things moving when little progress was being made through the solicitors, and without him exchange would have been further delayed.
