my new tenants were due to checkin and the newly front door wouldnt fit. Katie immeadiatly offered to help as she could hear I was very distressed. She took over for me getting the key recut and making sure all the keys were correct and dropped them back to the Wimbledon office. Her calm and professional attitude along with her willingness to help was just what was needed. All in all a verly lovely girl!

I’m now in a lovely premium flat at a reasonable price. Oh she didn’t try to rinse me on the rent either! A good deal. Would definitely use again.
