GoogleRia Lawrence and her team recently successfully handled a tenant finding service for my property. It was a very smooth process, with everything falling into place as planned. The team were flexible both commercially and through the process. Ria personally extended herself and went over and above out of hours over the weekend to resolve a potentially serious administrative problem affecting the whole chain. Brooke Cirelli was an absolute star where, through diligence, being thorough and prompt action, she averted serious problems resulting from flooding in a neighbouring property. I would certainly work with this team again!

GoogleMy fiancée and I recently completed on an our first home together working with Damian from the Raynes Park branch. Damian provided excellent service throughout, with regular updates about any developments. He was always on hand at any request and definitely went above and beyond towards the completion of the purchase when the seller was proving a little tricky with the removal of some contents of the house. Would highly recommend Damian and Hawes & Co!

The singlemost worst company that has ever existed in the world. After 2 months I notice the property was full of mould even my clothes and shoes were getting mouldy, they BROKE THE LAW by not responding to mould issues within 14 days, I went to the branch twice and was ignored and even ushered out of the door. They let other properties in the building to people who stunk the place out with drugs and stole my parcels and I caught them red handed they did not want to listen to any complaints and I was even talked down to my a member of staff when I left. After nearly a month of being ignored by them and with the bullying from residents escalating they were banging on my door and laughing, I was left with no choice but to leave, I have bought all new things like sofa bed, microwave, hoover etc now they say I OWE THEM RENT haha and and are charging me STORAGE because all my belongings are still there,they have ZERO EMPATHY, the sistuation is ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT FOR IGNORING ME. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT

Whilst we appreciate your comments and we are sorry you have felt the need to leave this review, unfortunately due to the contractual management arrangements with the landlord these issues were out of our hands and should be directed towards the landlords own contractors. GoogleWe needed a new tenant for our flat and Tracy Bowler found us one within a couple of days. She supported us through the whole process of our last tenant leaving and the new one moving in. Tracy was so helpful and really knows her stuff. The stress levels were reduced massively as a result. I can't speak highly enough of Tracy. She is a credit to Hawes & Co., a company we have had a selling and rental history for many years.

We bought a property where the seller was represented by Hawes & Co. We had an excellent experience - the entire process was smoothly managed by the team (Paul Mannell, John Gordon). It was a chain-transaction that required co-ordination of different parties as well as deadline management. Friendly, polite, informative and accessible. Definitely recommend.
