GoogleWe have just finalised our purchase through Harvey Robinson. After a rather "sticky" start, Harvey Robinson proved to be the best estate agent within the whole of the chain! Communication skills: absolutely spot on. Effectiveness and efficiency: Both absolutely spot on Honesty: 100% Commitment: 101% !! We found ourselves in a rather "unstable" chain on more than one occasion but Harvey Robinson rose to the challenge each time - especially on completion day when we found ourselves to be "homeless" with the chain possibly going to collapse! It was the coldest day of the year, we had been up early and worked hard to move out of our property in a timely manner. Poor ol' Katie Taylor @ HR St ives office ended up with us two hoboes taking advantage of the warmth of her office and necking her tea and coffee supply! Katie was extremely empathetic, caring, professional and informative. Katie was with us every step of the way that afternoon right up to when the chain stopped (uncompleted!). She was a great support to us both during a very difficult few hours. The chain completed the very next morning with no trouble at all :) Thank you Katie - and not forgetting Justin too ;)
Thank you so much for leaving such a long and detailed review Nigel and Deborah. The last day was complicated to say the least but we got there in the end! We wish you all the happiness in your new home!

GoogleAlthough we are still in the process of completing our sale, the service to date has been excellent. Advice has been good and communication has been clear & timely. We have had more viewings than when previously advertised with a different agent and feedback has been helpful. The property is now 'under offer' and again the support has been excellent.
Thank you so much John and Sue. We hope that the rest of the process goes just as smoothly!

GoogleWe had a long and protracted purchase and sale of our house. There were many complications right up to completion, but with Harvey Robinson we were in safe hands. Justin, Katie, Corrinne and the team worked tirelessly to keep the process on track. We could not be happier with the service we received, from the photos for the brochure, to the many communications up and down the chain. They were so caring and proffesional in all respects, deepest thanks to you all!
Thank you so much for such a lovely review Rick and Linda. We were delighted to be able to assist you in your move and whilst we are devastated that you are a little too far away now to pop in with a ginger cake or a cheese scone or two, we do hope that you are happy in your new home!

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson at St Ives. They handled our house sale in a very professional manner and kept us informed regularly. It took a while to find a new place but they worked hard to keep our buyer, all good. Many thanks in particular to Katy and Corrine.
It was a pleasure dealing with your sale Dai. We do hope that you are starting to settle into your new home.
