GoogleWant to have your time wasted with buyers that are not viable? Sold our house twice through this ‘agent’ to buyers that couldn’t get mortgages approved. Lost our dream home in the process. To add insult to injury, one of those waste of time buyers just viewed next door! Horrible, dreadful, worst experience trying to sell through HR.

GoogleWould definitely recommend to use Biggleswade branch of Harvey Robinson, Charlie was fantastic! Despite a few hic-cups along the way, Charlie was always helpful and polite and we got there in the end!

GoogleI have been delighted by the service received from The Harvey Robinson's St. Ives team. From my first inquiry to getting my property on the market, it was smooth sailing. All boxes ticked and then some : Communication, attention to detail, friendliness, professionalism. High level tech made the process very efficient and a down-to-earth touch made it a pleasure. An emphatic recommendation and my gratitude. Update - April 2025 - continued fantastic service. Corinne, Katie, Sophie and the team remarketed my property and it sold within 2 weeks. The process was hassle free, communication was excellent and everyone in the sales team was always on hand to answer any queries. I can't recommend this team highly enough - their attention to detail and professionalism is of a very high standard and they are lovely people to deal with.

GoogleThe whole team at Harvey Robinson are such a joy to deal with - they are helpful, reliable, friendly, give honest and useful advice, and always make you feel like they really want to do their best for you. There's no pushiness, no estate agent spiel, they're just 100% genuine. They went above and beyond for us, and I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. GoogleFrom a buyer's protective, HR have been incredibly good. Jade in particular was the one that guided me as a FTB and kept me up to date with all that was happening with the chain. Anytime I had questions related to the property she'd be highly responsive and never missed a query. Overall it's been a pleasant, no hassle experience with little pressure from the estate agents.

GoogleWe currently have our bungalow on the market with Harvey Robinson and I am so glad we chose them. We get regular updates and they are really on the ball with it all! All the ladies there are really lovely and a pleasure to talk to, it feels like they generally give a s**t unlike other local estate agents we've dealt with in the past.
